Not as advertised as there was no shuttle. No outside swimming pool even though it was June, 28 degrees and sunny for 3 days that I was there. Also, indoor pool is an additional 2,200 yen per person charge.

I stayed in a Panoramic Suite. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, including a comfortable king-sized bed, a spacious work desk, and a seating area perfect for admiring the views of Fukuoka. The bathroom features a deep soaking tub. The staff was attentive and courteous, always ready to assist with requests. English-speaking staff members are available. There is a wide variety of dining options that feature both Western and Japanese dishes.

Wait a long time before checking in, at least with me. Since I was on foot on the ground was not easy to find the entrance to the hotel itself.

I was here for Seventeen's concert! It was super close to Pay Pay dome. I really enjoyed the breakfast! They have a great variety of choices.

Just small things that don't bear mention!

Liked that we got a free upgrade to twin room. The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient to get on the highway, and a short taxi drive from the city center. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the gym is extremely well equipped. Fast and convenient elevators. They also waived the parking fee which was a nice bonus! We felt very well looked after.

Really not worth the money. Rooms are small by Hilton standards, even as compared to other Hiltons in Japan. On-site services and amenities are pretty basic, but they somehow feel justified in charging premium pricing for the Hilton name. It's not a good value for what you'll spend to stay here, look elsewhere.

Decent hotel in a decent location, if your travels take you to Fukuoka for some reason. Directly across from the sports stadium/concert venue, which is the only good reason to stay here.

The hotel shall give the clear shuttle bus’ bus stop information to the guest, e.g exit no.4 at the subway station instead of just said subway station, so many exits of the subway station!

It’s not possible to watch Netflix/YouTube etc. on the TV. Even Airplay isn’t possible. It’s a brand new LG smart TV but everything is disabled. It’s 2023 and I just don’t think that’s up to the standard a Hilton should offer.

The view was breathtaking. Rooms were great and the breakfast was very good. All in all a very good hotel.

Breakfast was really disappointing. Many tables and shelves, a lot of food, but low quality. I could get better foid at 7/11. Almost no protein, one cheap kind of fish. In a city with an important japanese fishing fleet. Fruit badly displayed with small variety. . Scores: accommodation and service 9, breakfast 3
