Finding the food choices was a little difficult.

It was wonderful. The service was spectacular, the food was good, the area was easy to navigate. We climbed Fuji and it was the perfect place to recover.

If you ignore the price - fantastic place to stay with a view of Mt Fuji from the room and breakfast restaurant (second option is Fuji Q view). Great breakfast options (Japanese + European style). Well equipped bathroom. Free access to Fujiyama Onsen (used almost every day) and Fuji Q park (access 30 min before opening). Many eating places around. Don Quijote across the street. Great place to relax and visit Mt Fuji (15 min walk to bus stop to Subaru 5th station for Yoshida trail). Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine 8 min with taxi or 40 min walk/bus (its 0 station for Yoshida trail to Mt Fuji).

hotel feels dated - old furniture, a bit worn-out decor, and a musty smell in the hallways. If you can overlook the aging facilities, it’s a decent stay for the price, especially for the onsen and transport access

Great location! The bus stop with direct buses to/from Tokyo and Mishima is right in front—super convenient. Loved the free access to the onsen - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The free shuttle to Kawaguchiko Station was also a big plus.

The Japanese restaurant was in the basement level and the lighting, decor was nothing inviting. Didn’t enjoy some of the meal we had. Soup was bland, salmon had no flavor. Although, the sashimi served was delicious. And the steak was tender and Flavorful. The service was excellent though. No complaints on the staff.

Hotel didn’t offer any local tours. All tours were from Tokyo. We stayed the night and had to use taxi to go sight seeing. There were 5 of us and x3 were kids so taking the local transport was not an option.

Breakfast finished too early (9.30) should consider extending it to at least 10am

We arrived the Italian restaurant Macaroni Club at 5:30 pm. We were seated at a nice table and were happy. We placed our orders but all our dishes including appeitizers, pasta, and main dishes pretty much came at the same time. So the food got cold. We were also told that we had to vacate the table by 8:00 pm, something that we were not told beforehand. And we noticed that other tables were set up nicely while ours were not. So I think the staff need better training.

We stayed on the Executive Floor. The rooms have been recently renovated. We had a nice view, and the beds and facilities were modern and comfortable. Very good free coffee and drinks. Also liked the nice touch of free choux cream and tea at a cafe in the amusement park nearby. Good bakery and Italian restaurant, though the service could be improved.

The room size was somewhat compact, and the bathroom ventilation fans were not functioning properly in any of the three rooms we stayed in.

The location is excellent, especially due to its proximity to Fuji-Q Highland—a fantastic perk was the complimentary park admission! The rooms were clean, stylish, and even offered a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji, making our stay truly memorable.

The breakfast (although extensive) was a bit disappointing. But apart from this the resort was great.

First and foremost the view was amazing. And the hotel was setup to maximise this. Great location next to the bus station. Excellent extras like the Fuji Q fun park and the Fujiyama Onsen.
