How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewThe location is incredibly convenient for airport access and the monorail to downtown Naha, but not tons going on in the area around the hotel itself. Large cabin-style beds and great facilities and shared spaces, with excellent value for money.
There's no super-nearby convenience store which isn't their fault but slightly frustrating. If there were an actual wall and door at the entrance to each cabin, soundproofing would be much better as there's a lot of sound coming in from people in other cabins or in the halls.

Verified reviewAmazing location, directly across a second-hand store filled with figurines and antiques. Morning breakfast provided and very much delicious, as are the nearby restaurants with authentic Okinawan cuisine. Rooms, bathrooms, and laundry facilities very decent, with very clean hallways. Despite being a cabin hotel, it was very secure and decently quiet, perfect for a solo stay. Free water access and proximity to a bus stop and a monorail station made it a great point to start a day's adventure.
Other than parking in and near the hotel being extremely expensive, there are a pair of very funnily translated signs at the cabin entrances. That's all!

Verified reviewI loved the bathroom. It was very spacious, plenty of showers, nice vanities, and lots of amenities. I really enjoyed being able to try different shampoos and conditioners. The room was fine. It was spacious and comfortable enough for the price. The location was very convenient. The hotel is located by the monorail making it very easy to get to and from the airport and into Naha.
I had a very difficult time sleeping. It was very noisy. This is not the hotel’s fault but guests were very noisy, talking, slamming doors and suitcases at all hours of the night. They just sadly weren’t very considerate of other guests. The rooms don’t really keep out any sounds or light. The lights in the hallway are always on so there was always a light shining in my face through the ventilation grille making it hard to sleep. The pillows were too firm for me. This is obviously a matter of preference. It is possible to choose different pillow but sadly none of them worked for me. They were just all too firm and hurt my neck.

Verified reviewI felt very safe and comfortable in this capsule hotel as a woman. Men were located on a different floor and the entrance to the women’s rooms is locked and you need a keycard to enter. The capsules were comfortable and people were respectful about noise during my stay. The free coffee machine was a nice touch.
I don’t have anything bad to say. It’s great for an affordable capsule hotel. It’s obviously not going to be as luxurious as something you would spend much more on, but this hotel was better than a usual hotel room I had booked at another hotel during my stay!

Verified reviewThey have a very close monorail. They have very convenient coin laundries, and showers are very well maintained. The shared spaces are very spacious and have a great manga selection. The staff is very helpful and there is even the possibility to order dinner in case you are very tired after the day. The breakfast is free for the whole stay.
I pretty much enjoyed it all. The room itself is a bit small but enough for the stay.

Verified reviewThere's a lot of good things. The staff were sooo nice and everything was so clean. Most, if not all of the amenities (slippers, sleep wear, toiletries, towels, etc) were provided and there's options for the shampoo and conditioner. I also like how there's a powder room for women and there's enough space in every room for your things (not sure for big luggage). I also like that I received food and drink coupons where I got to choose a drink and an icecream. This made me want to try the other icecream flavors lol Lastly, I think the breakfast they serve is good for its price unless you're expecting for more variation.
Hmmm...nothing!

Verified reviewI have spent two pleasant nights in this super comfortable hotel. My room it was upper my aspectative, very spacious for this kind of accomodations with all necessary, safe box, slippers, towel changed every day and also you can close the door at key when you leave it. The common bathrooms are big and always clean with many toilet and shower, at your disposal there are free toothbrush, hair comb and razor. In the the common area in the same floor there are a lot of manga comics for reading. On the ground floor there is a mini bar where you can drink free water and coffee and other at payment like food and also breakfast. All the stuff is very kindly and at my arrive they gave me a small package of snacks. The airport it's very near like the ferry and using the monorail you can arrive to the most great place of the city Thanks very much, I hope absolutely to return in future!
Nothing, all great perfect

Verified reviewThe room size was good. There was good air conditioning. It was so hot outside the hotel. Good amenities. Everything is provided like towels etc.You can borrow shampoo and pillows for free. There was free all you can drink juice. You can read manga. It's only one stop from the airport by the train. It's also close to the station so if it suddenly rains, it's okay.
I had to cancel because of a typhoon in Okinawa. But I was able to change my booking which was good. I think I got a free room upgrade as compensation which was nice.
