No view of Mt Fuji from the morning-only roof access that day, but nice to see the view of the area.

Not too far from Fuji Station in a neighborhood with places to eat, a brewery, and a Lawson. Nicely kept property that seems like it could have been an inn in the past. Plenty of personal space in dorm area with one private room available and shared space with chairs and tables to lounge around or work. Access key card to come and go anytime after check-in appreciated.

It's very close to the train rails, so you often listen to the cargo trains that run during the night. The bed I slept in was not the most comfortable, really thin futon

The shower room is great, and the kitchen is well equipped even though is small. Walkable distance from the Fuji station and with a rooftop where you can spot Mt. Fuji

Huge room. two beds. Bathroom across the hallway. Nice big breakfast room. Super nice staff. Loved it! 😊. Near the Fuji railway station (which is different than the Fuji Shinkansen station).

The location is great, just 7 mins walk from Fuji JR station. There is Lawson by 2 mins walk from hostel. The bathroom is cleans and separate wet and dry area, The facility and bathroom amenities is well prepared. The daytime staff is super friendly and speaks well English. The bathroom is on the 1st floor, which I have to walk up and down the stairs to take a shower but it’s nice for making zero noise when it’s sleeping time.

Great accommodations! Spacious pods, not bunk beds. Five minutes walk from train station. Rental bikes. Accessible grocery store 15 minute walk or konbini 2 minute walk. Rooftop view of Mt. Fuji.

The public transportation of Fuji city is a little inconvenient due to the long break between the buses, so that the time would be wasted when waiting for a long while (40 mins). Therefore, if the hotel can provide a shuttle bus to the sightseeing, it would be better.

the hotel is very clean and sanitary. The amenities are considerate and beyond the expectation. It is very quite and peaceful. The shared space are very widen enough.

Unfortunately there was no locker for luggage but it is safe overall to keep the stuff in the shared room.

The location was very close to the station. The bed was comfortable and luckily I didn't have anyone on my sides so I slept very well. The guesthouse is full of information and suggestions to tour and itineraries for the Mt. Fuji. Everything was very clean and quiet.

At the dorm, pillows are rather flat and uncomfortable. So are the mattresses. Bathrooms are downstairs, whereas the dorms are upstairs. We checked out with unutilised 2 nights as most of us are unable to sleep well.

Great full kitchen facilities available - but we only utilised the kettle for our cup noodles 😂 Shared bathrooms and dining area.

We booked the single room and one dorm bed. The single room is nicer than on the pictures! We felt very comfortable. The staff is lovely. There is a huge common area in the basement and many shower rooms. Everything was very clean. The hotel is really worth the money!

For some reason the lights stay on at night (could have been a one time thing) and seep into the dorms which makes it a bit hard to sleep. While it is close to the station, it's a bit far away from the central area (the park, etc). Shouldn't bother you if you are with a car or planning on going to a viewpoint out if town anyway.

Loved the privacy of the dorms, it was nice to have my own space and not have to climb up. The guesthouse has a very nice common space which turns into a cafe during the day. Sweet staff

Only one male guest that make loud noise in common area (make noise while eating and did not use earphone while using his mobile phone to see the show). But it is not the hostel’s fault, it is up to your luck😅

Close to Fuji Station. Helpful, generous, and responsive staff (especially the lady staff that welcome me on my first day).😊 Good for those who would like quiet neighbor. And you can view Fuji-san very close on hostel rooftop or on the way to hostel in a good weather day, love that👍

I enjoyed my stay at the Fuji guesthouse very much. My bed was comfortable, however it unfortunately made squeaking sounds at every movement. Yet, in the girls only dorm, there was a lot of space which was nice. Laundry is for free, you only have to pay the dryer. The whole room layout of the entire building just made sense: upstairs are the dorms and downstairs the common area, showers and washing machines. It was great and the WiFi was also fast! The only complaint on my side would be that the house was a bit too cold for me. But I guess that's unavoidable in February in Japan. :) Other than that everything was great and the staff nice. I would come back again!

The facility is nice but as with any capsule style hotel, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbour. I need to wear an earplug since I'm a light sleeper. Otherwise everything is good.

The facilities are one of the cleanest I seen so far in my trip. Adequate blankets and heating provided.
