Traditional home so rooms are not sound proof. We had a great first night with the other guests being considerate and quiet. However, the second and third night was slightly more noisy as other guests staying beside us were talking on the phone throughout the night. Thankfully me and my partner were not light sleepers and we still managed to have decent sleep.

Great location, right in front of Kawaguchiko station if you are coming from Tokyo. Very near to the famous Lawson store as well. Cozy tatami room with shared bathroom which are clean and well maintained.

Location is perfect. Next to train station, restaurants and other facilities. They have a bicycle/electric cycle rental on premises. Also, close to the bus stand for mt Fuji . They also have luggage storage

Located very close to Kawaguchiko station and nearby convenience store and souvenir stores. Staff is nice and accommodating, we are able to do early check in and got a discounted price for the bike rental. The ryokan room and the futons were comfortable. The shared toilet and shower rooms were very clean.

Our room had a stenchy smell stuck to it. No window coverings, so you wake up very early from the sunlight. At night the street is quiet but if someone speaks you'll hear everything. Every word spoken in the facility or sound made in the corridor is heard loudly in the room.

Toilet smelled really bad after someone pooped in there, but it wasn't the hotel's fault and it smelled a bit better after the cleaners cleaned it the next morning

Room was really big, beds were soft, comfy and clean. Location was amazing, only 2 mins walk from the station, extremely convenient. The traditional vibes were really beautiful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, spoke english very well, 10/10. We absolutely loved it here, it was very worth it for the money.

We really enjoyed the stay, for this good price it’s everything and even more…great location, bike rent, clean, pleasant bathrooms, stuff is extra friendly. Iwakami is real gentleman helped to carry our luggage upstairs, kuyoske was very nice and helpful on the check out day… we are extremely happy about our stay… recommend.

The proximity to Kawaguchiko Station was perfect, less than 5 min walk, and there's a delicious restaurant just across the road. The staff were kind and helpful and the room very nice. Shared bathroom facilities also very good.

The distribution and layout of the room was not what I saw in the reservation.

The location of the guesthouse was perfect. The room and common areas were clean and the staff was friendly. I recommend the electric bike rental to everyone! The aircon was really useful in the room.
