Regarding the smell of cigarette smoke, we sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused. As the room you reserved was originally a smoking room, some residual odor may remain even after cleaning and using the air purifier. We understand this may have been unpleasant, and we will continue to do our best to minimize such odors for the comfort of our guests. Concerning the electronic check-in, while the system is designed for smoother procedures, our staff are always available at the counter and happy to assist you at any time.
