The location was nice directly at the riverside with tons of shops there and close to the station (5 mins by foot)! The view was also great. A lawson is also just 50 meters down the street. The room was clean and the bathroom was standard. What I really loved was the amount of amenities they offer. Skincare, pajamas etc. even shaving cream which I haven’t encountered yet.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to lift the bed & vacuum underneath occasionally. I dropped an earring that went just under the bed. When I retrieved it I noticed there was a lot of dust under the bed which, while not an allergy issue for me, it could be to another guest. This is NOT a complaint, just a suggestion.

The room was perfect size, very clean & quiet. I had a lovely view across the river to Cherry trees in bloom on my arrival. I enjoyed the breakfast & the laundry facilities. The area surrounding the hotel was interesting with restaurants & outdoor seating in the plaza area. There is a Florist on the ground floor of the hotel that I used & was very pleased with the order. I enjoyed my stay very much & would stay again & recommend it to others.

Room was super quiet. It was nice and large compared to what I had in Tokyo. So was a nice change. The view of the river was really nice. It’s easy to access the train with the connecting ramp. Would stay here again and again.

The hotel was just what I expected from the advertisement and provided good value for money. It would have been great to have an exercise area with a few machines, area more variety at the breakfast, but I am not complaining given that the price was very good for the level of comfort.

This is a modern style hotel very close to the Higashi-Okazaki station, which can be accessed via an elevated path across the road. The rooms have comfortable beds and basic amenities including a work desk, mini fridge and an air purifier/ humidifier. It is very well located relative to a complex of restaurants, which can be accessed from the third floor, and a Lawson convenience store near the reception in first floor. Breakfast was included in my stay, and was simple but efficient. There is a good coffee machine and biscuits in the reception area which will be appreciated by those needing to work late hours. You can also get top-ups of some room items (like, for example, mouthwash) at all times from a table near the reception. The reception staff were very polite and helpful at all times. The room was kept spotless. Toothbrush, shaving kit, comb and other items were provided daily. I recommend it as a honest and no frills for business-oriented stays in the area

The Hotel is conveniently linked to the Okazaki Stn by a covered link bridge!! Awesome! Room is clean and amenities were well ready for the pickings! The staffs were helpful with information and Friendly! The hotel also have a collaboration with Anytime Fitness Gym!! ¥660 for 2hrs! Wonderful!! 🤩

I noticed many other Americans at the hotel so it would be nice if more information was written in English including the breakfast items and allergy information.

Great location short walk from the train station, very nice breakfast with allergy information given. I’m a celiac and it was easy to choose items but I did have to use a translate app.
