It was central and close to the train station so easy to get around

They don’t have door keys and hard to contact, I left something behind and wanted to come and get it but have heard radio silence from them, it also said no smoking room but the previous people definitely smoked in the room

It's near the station and its facility is very good

Only one point is whenver you go in or out the room you need to call the reception

Price. But if I had known the condition of this hotel, I would have booked a better one at a higher price.

The bed was in very bad shape and was extremely uncomfortable. Even worse was that the room door had to be unlocked electronically by the front desk. Should power outage or fire occured, the room would become a death trap.

It is an adult hotel, so you need to understand the checking, out and payment process. But the manage helped us with all this. Big room, immaculate condition and very clean. All the facilities you could want.

In book app has been mention for non smoking room. But there is no non smoking room. Hotel’s staff just inform me the day before we stay. How could I find the new hotel with proper price. That is terrible. And the worst thing, the room was full of cigarette smell. We can’t sleep well. Moreover We stayed for 2 nights. Unexceptional they didn’t clean up the room while we had gone out and amenity wasn’t enough for each. Staff can’t speak English, if you don’t speak Japanese, it will be hard. But they’re nice. Anyway, I won’t gonna stay this hotel again.

Even though it was not a typical business hotel, I felt at home. The bed, mattress and pillows were soft and plush and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the room was homely. The staff were caring and helpful.

Convent location - a subway station nearby and a lot of cafes and grocery stores as well Hotel staff - amazing 💕💕💕 Lovely lady personally helped us removing a coffee stain from the jacket and was an angel Every day we were provided with fresh towels, toothbrushes I would stay here 100 times more, hope to come back!

AC was not the best - at 15c it was still a bit stuffy in the room

The bed was so comfy and the bathtub was so big.

The system of the door-lock, as previous customer said - we need to call the staff to open the door once we want to go out or in.
