    Friendly staff, close to beach.

No private bath — the bath could use some hooks to hang clothes. The shower angle needs to be adjusted, and the toilet and shower rooms should be air conditioned as well.

It’s a traditional japanese wooden house, clean and well maintained.

We went in august, the rooms have good AC but the corridors and toilets especially upstairs were kind of hot.

Great location - my room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Large shower recess was great.

Steep stairway and narrow hallways difficult to manoeuvre.

There is a public water dispenser, coffee, and green tea, making it very convenient to stay hydrated. The location is excellent. The price is relatively affordable.

There is no private toilet, no private washing machine, and no private dryer.

Very clean common spaces with cold water/tea available at any times. The AC was on the moment we walked in, showing signs of generosity here and there throughout the entire stay.

Fantastic location, only 30 minutes walk from Shichirihama Beach, where you might get view of Mt. Fuji. The traditional house is quaint, and generally well-appointed. The host is lovely, there is a cold and hot water dispenser in the common room. Everything is clean.

Bear in mind there are only shared facilities and as it is a traditional house, the walls between rooms can be thin. The bathroom and sinks in particular are really old. It would have been nice with more hangers in the room or larger mirror, so it is more practical.

The host was exceptional and the style & decor was very nice. The beds were comfortable and we felt like we still had good privacy even though it was a shared guest-house.

Lovely guest house close to the beach, with all the amenities we needed. It was fun to experience sleeping on a futon. The host was very welcoming.

The host was very nice and showed us everything including areas of interest around the house. He also allowed us to switch 3 person room to downstairs since we were traveling with a family member that had mobility issues and the steps to rooms upstairs were a bit steep for them. The location is convenient to tourist spots like the hasedera temple and large buddha. We had whole place to ourselves for our stay so that was also a plus.

There were not places to hang the towels after use for drying so maybe adding some hangers or racks to do so would be great. Also heard from taxi driver that we shouldn't call directly to house in inner road and should go out to main road to get taxi (from app or not).
