The breakfast buffet was excellent and so tasty in the morning. Providing free laundry and an extra pillow was Very nice touch. I liked that they had bicycles to use too.

Affordable, convenient, comfortable, tidy. Big pros are the free facilities such as laundry and dryer (3 machines each + powdered detergent!!), as well as a small range for the breakfast buffet, and bike rental (up to 5hrs). There's also limited parking onsite but make sure to reserve when you book – we missed out however there were plenty of paid carparks less than 5 minute walks away. We booked the family room(?) so we had plenty of space for our 2 luggages + 1 carry-on, however it may be a bit cramped for a group of four as the room is intended (as we all expect for Japanese accommodation). Only "con" is that it's a shared shower room on each floor (3 showers per floor), however we knew this when booking so didn't come as a surprise – it was clean and not busy at all so we didn't have to wait for a turn like you would for laundry. Pillows are a little hard but this is up to preference and didn't cause any issues or soreness for us. Overall, would absolutely stay here again if/when we visit Mishima. Thank you, Hotel Gee Haive!

Reception service is 24 hours staffs are very nice. Breakfast is ok as staffs cook foods then. Location is fine for me.

It will be better to have heating facility at the common bathroom especially during the cold winter. The drying area is cold after getting out of the shower area.

It is quite a modern concept of hotel, functional, well equip, provide all the necessity. Buffet breakfast is just nice with both Japanese and western style. I like the collection of the books, choice of drinks (with wine), the dining area and lobby set up. The staff are nice, polite and helpful. Quite near to the main station and easy to locate.

We booked a double room, basically we sleep on the floor which was OK. But there is no chair, so we have to sit on the floor as well.

Very Good breakfast, friendly staff, great location the shower was public but still quite conviniet to use.

The pillow is quite hard and the wall too thin, I can hear a snoring from the other room.

Room smelled old and stuffy like ingrained smoke in walls from years ago when I first arrived. There was fabric and air freshener spray to help this.

This was a great place to explore Mishima from or go to the Izu peninsula! Good location near train station, parks and dining. Staff very helpful and lots of free to use amenities such as for the shared showers which were very good. Nice breakfast area and food.

Variety of food and very limited washers and dryer. For the 2 weeks that i stayed, it was the same food wveryday. Salad, curry, sausage, maxkerel, miso soup, breads and rolls, jams, butter and the same juices

The pillow was really firm, bordering on hard.

The shared shower facility was excellent. Attention to detail was unexpectedly high. The family room was spacious. We could see Mt Fuji from our room!
