Everything was perfect :)

The location of the hotel was perfect! Not far from the central station, the city centre and the main attractions of Kagoshima. The structure was modern and very clean, our room was quite big and the view from the terrace was amazing. The staff was lovely, very friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely choose it again in the future. Thanks :)

We stayed in one of the rooms with a bath on the balcony which was great (very low price for a room of this sort) it doesn’t have a view, but it is fab after a day of walking to have a soak nonetheless. Hotel had everything you could need, comfy bed, very close to entertainment area and a less than 10 minute walk to the port or even closer to the shopping area. Lovely helpful staff who gave us great recommendations and how tos for bookings etc Highly recommend for a great value place to stay. We were always leaving to early, so we were gutted to miss the all you can eat bread and jam breakfast that’s available! They always had various ice teas and hot drinks available in the lobby for free too!

Could have provided more hooks/hangers for hanging up clothing

Friendly reception, good refreshments (coffee, tea, water) at the lobby, water dispenser on each floor. Bed was comfortable and you can help yourself to extra pillows of different types. There’s smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. We did use the outdoor bath and it was quite a unique feature for a business hotel. Great location as well, walking distance to good Izakayas and both the main shopping area & the ferry/seaside area.

I stayed for 1 night. Wish I had stayed longer. Conveniently located to all the restaurants and shopping area. The room had all the amenities you need in the room, extra towels, charging sockets by the bed and table, charging wires, hair dryer, flat iron and even curling iron. The room I booked had a tub, bath powder for soaking was provided as well. Every inch of the space was thoughtful designed. Would stay again next time I am in Kagoshima.

I loved the private bathtube on the balcony. Amenities included hair curler among other things. The location is perfect if you're gonna use one of the nearby ports.

Very smart, charming and well equipped hotel... but also laid back. I was expecting a "typical business hotel" and found a very comfortable place to be. Many nice touches (coffee machine in lobby, laundry in a light airy place rather than dank windowless room, multiple chargers in room, etc.)

The light-switches above the bed have a weird green glow when the lights are off. It's so strong that it actually lights up the room and can make it har to sleep if you happen to turn towards them. It's a weird design flaw and the only thing I didn't like about this hotell.

Your own private bath on the balcony is such a nice luxury that I'm going to miss it now on every other stay. Rooms are perfect size for one person, I would not recommend staying in a "double" room with two as it would feel very cramped. Everything was great at this hotel, cleanliness and service was top notch. The hotel uses a sign system where you put on your door what kind of daily service you want. No service, full service or just refill of amneties. I almost never need full cleaning so I really appreciated this system. Location wise the hotell is excellent also in the middle of Tenmonkan easily reachable by the city's tramline. I seldom return to hotels as I like to experience different ones but I think I'll make an exeption for this one as it was so good.

I’m looking forward to see the new 10th floor which in my stay it is under construction.

Among this area I found basically every hotel is so similar to the others. Here I like the special bath tube which is located outside in a terrace, I like this setting. Overall, everything is perfect for me. Also, the check out time is 11am when many others is 10am.

Vending machine was hard to operate. The first time used washing machine didn’t work. The front desk staff came to help me. However, he also didn’t familiarise how to use. After press various button, the machine started to work. After the specified time, the machine cannot open. After that I didn’t dare to use the machine again.

The switch panel above the pillow was very annoying - the green lights were very bright and we had to cover them with a cloth so that we could fall asleep.

The semi-outdoor bath was very good. Bath salt was given to us for free. Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy bed as well. Excellent location - walkable distance to Yakushima pier, and located very close to major shopping area. Only a few min walk to airport bus. Staff speak very good English and were very helpful.

Very goog location in Tenmonkan with lots of food and shopping options around the hotel. Small but comfortable room, especially loved the "pillow-bar" where you could choose an extra pillow to your liking! Good laundry options with several coin washers and dryers. Nice balcony with seating area.

The bed had two backlit switches which light could not be disable during the night

The hotel is located a few minutes walk from Kagoshima’s Tenmokan with plenty of shopping and dining opportunities. The hotel staff spoke an amazing English - which helps a lot - was always helpful when I needed tips or advices. The room was perfectly clean and silent, with brand new furniture. At the last floor there is a small balcony with a magnicent view over Sakurajima dake.
