Great location near the train and bus station. Room was perfectly clean with all the amenities that you need, staff was kind and kept our luggage before check in. The public bath is very nice and the breakfast buffet was amazing.

Right next to the station; clean and comfy rooms. Also second floor has public bath that closes at midnight! The front desk staff were also very nice and let me keep my luggage there until checkin time. There's also extra blankets, pillows, and other amenities for guests to take as they like (you have to return them of course).

JapanThe bed's mattress felt a little on the stiff side. I wasn't at my best health at the time though, making sleep uncomfortable for me in general, but I could still feel that the mattress wasn't very soft. Of course, I can't complain too much given the price. Additionally, the hot water in the shower could have been hotter. The hottest setting still wasn't very hot, especially for the purpose of taking a bath.
The breakfast buffet provided (which is not free, just for clarity) was plenty good, and even though the breakfast buffet at the hotel itself was closed for two of the three days of my stay, they allowed me to use my breakfast tickets at the next door hotel, which I guess has the same owner. The location was excellent, right next Fukuyama station and thus downtown Fukuyama. Having the Fukuyama Castle park a block away was a nice plus. The hotel and my room were clean; nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness.
