Bathroom was a little hard to use -- bath tub was quite high but there were no railings or grab bars to hold to when getting in and out of the tub. Not suited for older people or young children. No laundry facilities within the compound.

Helpful and responsive staff. The cabin allocated initially was not suited to our needs, but the staff got ready another cabin immediately. Beautiful sunset view. Beds were warm and comfortable.

The cabins felt quite dated and had some minor quirks that usually accompany an older property.

This was a very quiet area far from the Main Street hidden within the trees. All the units are log cabins and the one we stayed in had two floors. Two bedrooms upstairs and a living room, bathroom and kitchen downstairs. The room was quite dated, but was still enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and assisted as soon as we arrived.

A little hard to find the entrance at night

Best ever resort experience in Japan! Close to nature and the Spanish theme park. Cabin in the woods was spacious and well maintained.

Internet/wifi speeds were extremely slow to the point of bring unusable. Made casual browsing (Google maps) for local sightseeing/ and dining very frustrating.

The heater was on when we camr in which was very much appreciated after a long drive. The ambience was very relaxing and peaceful. The rooms were big enough and the staff were very helpful. It was better than the photos.

I suggest that they should put more lights at the entrance , so dark. Washing Area for rooms that is possible for pets to stay, and place some stuffs use for cleaning, brooms, duust pan, dust wiper. All of the above, no more to say, the place was excellent

Mosquitoes got into the cabin each night. Family members got mosquito bites all over their faces. We got little splinters in our feet from the loft. We were pulling them out of each other's feet throughout the stay. We had to cook the breakfasts once again in the cabin because the eggs and bacon were under-done each time. (This appears to be Japanese style, but difficult for many westerners to handle.)

A very pleasant place to stay. The breakfasts were great (when we cooked them a bit further). Best bacon I've had in a Japanese hotel. Nice and thick and cooks up crispy.

The maintenance is overdue. The logs shows splinters, and in the splinters are threads of fabric from the cleaning, so the splinters are known but not addressed. Some holes in the bottom corners of the logs. The toilet was not completely attached to the floor. Few hairs under the matt inside the bath tube. No attention to detail, since the chairs outside were not set up evenly to the table. The main door had no stopper, so when wide open it hits the veranda bar, and gets damaged. The kitchen is wide, but not friendly to use at all. Only one pan and one pot. The stove is electric, and the pan had the bottom convex, so it didn't stay put. Also, the pan and pot were not appropriate for this kind of stove. The dishes weren't regular size, so it wasn't comfortable to use. There was no salt. I wasn't expecting to have a full kitchen, but at least salt... No hooks or attachment spots in the bathroom or any other place to set a line for hanging wet clothes or the towels.

The ambience is unique. It is spacious compared with other listings of the same price. The surroundings were nice, for the only one night I was there. The kitchen table is comfortably wide. The wood smell is a first thing noticed when entering the place.

Steep staircase where bedroom is- not for elderly needing frequent visits to toilet at night

It is lovely country getaway from the city and with cooking facilities to make simple chazuke meal. The cabin is spacious and clean with no animal smells though we stayed in unit with pets allowed. Water pressure is great for relaxing shower. WiFi is great for K drama holiday too.

Didn’t really like the facilities they have …It was hot but didn’t get to enter the pool it made me upset..Poor breakfast 😢Not worth it .. Lots of mosquitoes 🦟

I can't see the sea.

Booking can't type in Japanese, so I use English. The price is very reasonable. So I made a reservation. I was glad that the pool was open even though it was September. The BBQ was also fun. My children were very happy.
