Fantastic hotel, well situated near central Osaka. The staff were very courteous, and spoke excellent English. We really appreciated the facilities - secure luggage hold, complimentary bathroom items and easy to use laundry room to name a few. Highly recommended.

Breakfast is good if you love meat. Would have been nice to have a hot vegetarian dish available. A bit more variety would have been nice especially if you stay for awhile

Wonderful location. Room was nice. Nice they supplied iron and iron board and drinking water on each floor. Great laundry. Free coffee, soft drinks and ice was nice touch. Staff were helpful and kind.

I notice a lot of hotels in Japan have their toilet separate from the sink. This can be unsanitary but we understand it’s not something that can be changed. Maybe sanitizing wipes or hand sanitizer can be added in the toilet room.

We loved the tub! We also loved the magnets on the door to indicate if we wanted our towels changed or our room cleaned. The cleaners were very prompt. We also loved the lounge area, and the complimentary drinks!

the space for us to put things are quite limited although we had mentioned we are travel in family, with 3 kids.

the location is idle for us to travel everywhere. room is clean. TQ for housekeeping to put my my daughter toys in cutie arrangement as really give us surprise when we home.

Bed was comfortable, but pillows were weird. Too hard and I didn’t like little balls on one side.

The location was a short cab or 15-20 min walk from Dotonbori. Also 5 min walk from subway which was very convenient when traveling all around Osaka. The room was nice and had a balcony which could be a little noisy at night depending on the cars that pass by.

We were a family of four and had two high floor rooms at the property. The property is located 15/20 mins walk from the main tourist area of Osaka which provide a nice quiet area with lots of restaurant options. There is a chinese restaurant (which we did not try so cannot comment). The reception staff were helpful and made efforts to help with restaurant reservations. We had our luggage delivered from Kyoto and the hotel received and kept the luggage until we arrived. There are onsite laundry facilities and complimentary drinks area in the lobby.

We didn’t like that we couldn’t eat in the seating area in the lobby. Thought it might be closer to the Dotonbori district.

The dryer took ages to dry the clothes. We waited for 1.3 hrs and our clothes were still not dry.

Excellent position for travelling around and outside of Osaka. Close to subway. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Amenities were great and we loved the free drink and coffee on the second floor. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Japan.
