Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Hong KongWe booked through Booking.com. The images that was shown in the booking site was the other Daiwa in Kobe which was newer and in another area. We felt duped and this is not honest business. Again, the hotel was fine, but it is not good practice to show images of your better location, that is newer, and when the client clicks into the booking, we were sent to the ‘other’ location. As the client, there would be no practical way that one would need to CHECK the address to ensure it was the right daiwa. They both have the same name.
Helpful staff, and when my room was request not to be made up, staff left fresh towels on the door.
