Just a few steps from the station, it’s very easy to find. Smooth check-in and check-out. We were able to send our luggage to another hotel with the help of receptionists. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great stay overall.

Has to be location since it is just across the road to the JR Koriyama station. Not of places to shop within 10 minutes from the hotel. Rooms are of reasonable size, facilities are still quite new.

When traveling in Japan, I like to get out of the crowds. Koriyama was a great Shinkansen stop on the way to Sendai. Convenient location, comfortable room, great staff, near restaurants and convenience stores for snacks/meals. Nearby shops fulfilled my shopping list. Easy-to-use train station with no crowds. I encourage travelers to look for hotels like this one. They are easy to book, near the station and easy to find, safe and comfortable, reasonably priced, and allow access to parts of Japan away from the major cities and crowds. Note that the front desk is not on the ground floor.

The lift always stops at 4F no matter if you go up or down for some reason.

Not really, the service was great. Maybe a small issue but probably same for many hotels in Japan especially in the smaller cities, that they are not able to provide an invoice if it was paid on booking.com, and I am travelling for work so it was slightly inconvenient.

The room was very comfortable and all the amenities were readily available. The breakfast was also very delicious, although it was more or less the same food for all the 3 days I was staying there.

Location was just opposite the station so it was super convenient. Staff was helpful. A 7-11 was just downstairs.

The only minor issue was the lack of power outlets — there was just one by the bed, and of course it was a Japanese socket. Though to be fair, we didn’t think to ask for an adapter at the front desk.

Probably the highest-rated hotel on Booking in Koriyama — and absolutely deserved. In fact, considering the price, it turned out to be one of the best hotels we stayed at during the entire Japan trip. Everything was excellent, including the breakfast.

Stayed 3 nights. Nice hotel, nice room and close to the station and other conveniences. You couldn't hear any noise from the trains, traffic or other people in the rooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

Great location right across the train station, yet it’s very quiet. Close to all bars and restaurants. The staff was very nice, kept our luggage before check in and also gave us an alternative room since we accidentally ordered a smoking room. Recommended.

Not a big deal but having the bed against the wall meant partner had to clamber out the end (not impossible, but awkward). I guess for the total room size, a generous bathroom makes up for that.

Moderate rooms have spacious bathrooms, the on-site laundry was handy, and we liked the in room seating / table set up, with a view over station and hills. Good to access train nearby to see surrounding area. Helpful and welcoming staff.
