The staff at the front desk was so annoying and disrespectful to me as a guest in this hotel. The breakfast was not worth it, so few choices.

Great location across the street from Chiba Station. Elevators making it easy via underground pass if traveling with big luggage like me. Friendly English speaking staff. Room very clean and nice, and a bit bigger than expected (I was upgraded, as I somehow got a smoking room by mistake, and I don't smoke) Nice restaurants and shopping mall around the hotel.

The bed was a bit on the stiff side but this could be a cultural difference.

The location was super, the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, the room was very nice. The view was fun. It was also handy that there was a restaurant underneath the hotel and a convenience store next to it.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, and we were only given one pillow per person. They usually would provide extra pillows but had run out (there was a big event and I'm sure we weren't the only ones wanting extra pillows).

The room was good; the staff was amazing. Any question we had or anything we needed or wanted to know about the area, the people at the front desk were so nice and kind and helpful. The location was also great for getting to where we wanted to go. I was very happy that it had laundry facilities. The restaurant downstairs was also exceptional and convenient.

Much bigger room than we expected for Japan and compared with two other hotels on our trip. High standard of service in all areas and high quality fittings and decor. Location perfect for Chiba station and many excellent restaurants. Nice little park with boating pond and fabulous restaurant/cafe within walking distance. Monorail trip is a must as are the Port Side Tower and Art Museum en route.

There are only three washers available for the entire hotel, which is not sufficient to cover peak times. Additionally, the efficiency of the machines is low. I spent ¥600 for a 2-hour wash and dry cycle, but the laundry was not adequately dried, forcing me to hang it overnight.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the JR station, with both a 7-Eleven and a Family Mart conveniently located on either side. Additionally, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and the large bathtub is perfect for accommodating one adult and two kids with plenty of space.

The location is a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was bigger than most hotel rooms and the bathroom was excellent compared to all the other hotels we had stayed at. It was very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The variety of choices we had for breakfast was excellent.

Perhaps the buffet breakfast could have an occasional change in the menu. Next time I may occasionally go to the nearby McDonald's for pancakes, but I will stay on-site when I want natto.

I liked the location so close to the train station. The shopping and restaurants were wonderful and there was a nice park nearby. The rooms are small and they stuff a large massage chair into the better rooms, which is nice but increases the crowding for two occupants. We used the washing machine and the microwave and were grateful for all amenities including the convenience shop next door.
