Doors of other rooms banging loudly first thing in the morning disturbed us. Not sure if that was due to the patrons lack of care or the doors themselves.

The location was close to the station. Supermarkets were an easy walk away. Lobby area with tea and coffee was great. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and a good range of food.

The facility (elevator and elevator entrance) looks a bit old. Lamp inside the room where cold white illumination, which does not look cozy. Room a bit small.

It is on the East less busy side of the station which is quiet but there is not much around. There are 2 Family Marts you can walk to for snacks in 5-10mins. A Ramen shop, a Sushi restaurant and a Saizeriya you can walk to also about 10mins away. Other then that you have to go back to the train station or to the other side to get food. One night we went on a walk to an onsen which also had a DonQuijote and a Round 1 next to it which was nice. That took maybe 15mins from the hotel. The bed was a little hard.

The room was a great size and breakfast was really good with lots of options. Loved the smoothies which were different flavours every day and the iced teas also different every day available after breakfast. The breakfast/book/tea room is available until midnight which is great. They also have a coffee machine if you aren't into tea (but who isnt :P).

Pillows. Only 2 were supplied for 4 people. The extra pillows supplied by reception were pretty hard for Australians.

We had a twin room and found the room was quite spacious. We needed to work and their WiFi was pretty good too. We also liked the free parking on site which was a very convenient feature.

the room is way too small, there’s nearly no room to open two luggages at the same time, the bathroom is also is bit small. Plus we couldn’t adjust the heater into air conditioner, it’s just too heat for us, you can feel the warm on the aisle from the elevator to rooms.

stay with free breakfast was excellent! the buffet was great! and the day we left was raining, they also lent umbrellas to the customers. It’s close to station but the east exit/entrance is a long distance from the platform.

The room was small, but comfortable and clean. There were all necessary amenities. You can enjoy free drinks (coffee, tea and lemon water) near the reception. Complimentary breakfast also included (nothing fancy, but you still have what to choose from). The parking lot was right outside the hotel.

Air conditioning is controlled centrally, which was inconvenient for anyone who likes to control the temperature themselves. However, the staff were happy to provide a fan and helped to opened the window.

Great value for money. Very relaxing library cafe with some English language books available for browsing, as well as free tea and water. Spacious for its price. Very attentive staff who are friendly and eager to help.
