Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The rooms were compact, but had everything you’d expect. The small double room seemed to be the same size as the single rooms, so there was no desk and less space for two people overall in that room. Check-in and check-out and bag storage were all efficient. Chilled drinks, microwaves and bathroom products in reception were an added bonus. Extra pillows were provided on request. Adjacent convenience store was accessible from the hotel lobby, which was appreciated on rainy days.

United StatesRoom was supper small. My wife dropped her earring and it fell under the bed. Oh know the space under the bed was so dirty with things from past guest and probably 3 layers if not 4 of dust! So dirty under there it was good it was the day we were checking out.

United StatesI was about 10 minutes late to checkout and got charged, which I felt was a little over the top - I understand that it's probably just their policy, and I could have been a little quicker, but there was no discussion about it and the staff member who came to inform me was very nervous and uncomfortable doing so. I would have liked a little more lenience, especially since it was only 10 minutes. Also, the clothing drier in the communal laundromat wasn't super good at the task of drying clothes.
Very solid location right in the center of Nagoya, surrounded with big buildings with tons of things to do. I also greatly appreciated how useful the lobby was, it provided free soups and soft-drinks, had a social energy, and was comfortable. A great place to rendezvous with friends.
