Excellent accomodations and location. The check in process was automated and quick. The host went of their way to move me to a new suite when the air conditioner began to malfunction. I love the ocean view from the condo. The beds were super comfortable, plenty of linen accessible, stocked with complimentary toiletries and essentials. Very modern living amd it made my stay enjoyable. The Family Mary attached to the building was very convenient and open 24 hrs.

The apartment is very spacious and clean! Beautiful sea view from the large balcony. With a convenient store on the floor level, makes life easier. 😆 very closed to attractions and with free park at rear, perfect!!

The bed is hard and not very comfy with 1 pillow. Would prefer a disposable bed slippers oppose to the bedroom slippers provided as my feet was itchy after wearing for a while. There is some construction work going on in front of the hotel but it was not noisy.

The convenience of a family mart right below the apartment. Available big parking space. Unmanned check in and out which is hassle free. Short drive to the aquarium, emerald beach and nearby to nice restaurants. Apartment is clean and love the 2 bathrooms and amenties provided with the washer/dryer.

Went near the end of March (off-season), so some construction is to be expected - luckily only during the day after around 9am, so as long as your not planning to fully stay within the hotel room, it won't be an issue. Also, with the Family Mart downstairs, convenience is definitely mixed with traffic, and the occasional loud customer. Not an issue you'll hear inside, but just an FYI if you're thinking balcony use.

Everything from the location allowing you to walk many places within 5-15min (visiting nearby Emerald Beach, Ocean Expo Park & the Churaumi Aquarium can easily be a 2-day activity if you take it all in; access to great local restaurants - check out Rico Rico and ask the owners to play live!) to the hotel itself is top notch. The view from the hotel room, amenities provided, 4 Western beds, Tatami mat area for futons, nice big couch, a full Japanese style bath, a separate shower, and 2 toilets truly make this a full-condo experience. That's not even including the balcony, seating arrangements, and table setting that makes an early morning & late night sit outside in the fresh Ocean air nice.

Will be nice if the apartment provides some basic condiments for cooking ie oil, salt. But this is really minor. The apartment is really great as is.

Very spacious, clean, great facilities within, great view of sunset. Without a car, we managed to visit Churaumi aquarium, Mt Yaedake and Nakijin Castle Ruins just using public buses from the apartment. There are restaurants nearby and a family mart on the ground floor to go to for dinner. We had a good stay here.

It is not 3 bed room suite as described but it has enough space in the living room for 2 single beds and 2 tatami beds or more. The separate bedroom has 2 more single beds. Check in and check out via video call trough ipad at the front desk

The apartment is Very nice and spacious for our family which is constituted of 5 people. A Family Mart market is just below the apartment. Parking available. Laundry and dry machines are available. The presence of 2 bathrooms/WC was very appreciated. The furniture is new. We used this apartment as a base for visiting the Churaumi Aquarium ( less than 5 minutes by car), Cape Hedo, and Kouri Island.

Amazing view from the 5th floor! The room had two bathrooms, kitchen with microwave and rice cooker! There was also a washer and dryer! Family mart on the ground level is very convenient. Lots of parking and lobby is very clean! Close to lots of near by attractions.

Apartment was big enough for 6 persons and good base for a couple of nights with food options within walking distance or 2min drive. Parking free in their lot. A convenience store just downstairs if too lazy to go anywhere.

The one thing to less recommend is the location. The area nearby is too calm and dark in the night time. There are some restaurants within 5 minutes on foot, which are a sort of complex of Hotel Mahaina.

Spacious apartment with one living room, one bed room, two bathrooms, kitchen, equipped with full furniture including 4 beds, sofa and table on tatami (Japanese style) floor and home appliances such as washing machine and drying machine. Nice ocean view. The best option for a family. A convenient store (Family Mart) is on the 1st floor.

Nothing at all!

Wow! This was probably one of the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in in Japan - it was certainly the biggest. On the outside it may seem like nothing spectacular - especially compared to neighbouring properties...but the clean and modern room was amazing. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen and living area, and an huge balcony that overlooked the ocean...it seriously felt like we were staying in a presidential suite at a fraction of the cost. We also enjoyed the unique contactless check-in, and found the Family Mart on the ground floor to be super convenient as well. We'll definitely be staying here again when we come back to Okinawa.
