Basic breakfast, would be unfair to comment since we did not eat at the hotel on any given day. The bathtub would be a bit of a challenge for senior citizens to get in and out of.

Spacious room for Tokyo standards. Everything in the room was well placed and functional. Good water pressure in the bathroom. House keeping promptly arrived on the dot every morning. Located next door is a 711, very helpful for daily supplies and an amazing range of desserts (do not miss out on the cream eclairs). In fact since we had a late night check in we picked up a pre-cooked pasta meal from the 711 on the first night, which was just delicious. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Front staff where very helpful in coordinating pick ups with the taxi drivers and in giving out general directions. A 10-15 minute walk from the bustling Shinjuku area wherein you will find shopping, restaurants and night life.

It had a launderette which we used when between our two cruises. It also had a kitchen area. There was a 7/11 nearby too.

Location was good for our needs. We used the trains to get into Yokohama port about an hour away. And was a good location for starting our 2 bus tours.

Everything was perfect

Great room, bigger than most in Tokyo with little sitting area and kitchenette which was great. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Best of the whole trip. Rooms was super quiet and dark with blockout shades which made for a great night sleep. Awesome location with public transportation close but also walking distance to so many shops and restaurants… however slightly out of the touristy chaos, which makes it nice and quiet. Staff were great and super friendly. Also used the laundry room downstairs which was very handy.

This place was great. We got the executive room which was a great size for Tokyo standards, had everything you needed and was very clean. The laundry and gym were great. The staff were very helpful and spoke English well. They were helpful on directions and knowledgable on tourist type stuff around the city. The location is great with many transport links around. I would 100% stay here again.

One thing to consider when booking is the hotel's distance from Shinjuku station if you need access to it, as it takes about 15-20 mins walk to get there.

Great stay in Shinjuku—the hotel and rooms are very well maintained, clean and pretty spacious for Japanese hotels. The wifi was consistent and fast. The hotel has a laundry room which was very handy for us. The staff was super friendly, helpful and polite. The lobby area is also great.

Terrific neighborhood, very helpful staff, and great amenities for the price. It had excellent, free coffee in the lounge, a laundry room and a small fitness center. Upstairs the rooms come equipped with closet space, a small frig, and cooktop. The rooms are very nicely appointed and make good use of the space.

The room was spacious, comfortable and super clean, the hotel is well located in the neighbourhood, lots of restaurants and metro nearby (quiet, however). The staff was helpful at all times and the breakfast was satisfactory for its price.

The location to M line is about 700m - acceptable. The room was basic, sufficiently spacious but clean. During our stay, the weather was rainy and the staff provided umbrellas.

The breakfast was really sad compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our time in Japan.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. Their English was great. Excellent location. The room was a good size and very clean. I liked that one can do your laundry. Wonderful eateries around the hotel.
