Great location! Right in the middle of Yokohama's Chinese Town, minutes away from the MM Line bound to Yokohama. Friendly staff and really clean.

You will definitely want earplugs (provided for free at the counter) because the space is open and other guests can be somewhat noisy at night drying their hair or even doing laundry. In addition, because there is only 1 bathroom each and 2 shower stalls, there may be a line during nighttime busy hours.

Excellent value for money, would stay again! The AC was strong enough even in the August heat, the beds were quite comfortable, and the kitchen has a fridge, microwave, water kettle, dishes and cups to use. The storage lockers are a bit too small for suitcases but those on the bottom bunk can store them under the bed. The hosts are quite friendly and helpful in recommending things to do, and are fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese

We were not really lucky as someone was strongly snoring next to us and was making it difficult to sleep.

It was in the heart of china town and it was a great location for easy access to great food and experiences. The owners were super kind and helpful and are great conversationalists! The facilities are well kept and very efficient given the amount of space they have.

Bottom bunk beds have a tray to hold bedside items but top bunks do not. There was enough space for me (5'7", US med shirt, 32 w 30 l pants) to leave some items pullow side but still not ideal

if you want to stay close to china town, this is the place you can definitely explore. it located at the center of China town and lots of restaurants and food supply. It's a very cozy hostel where the host is super nice and genuinely welcoming. He can speak few languages which is easy to communicate. Even though the place is tiny but it has everything you need, a common area where you can sit and work and chill, locker to keep you bags / belongings, small kitchen but again it has everything you need like a mini fridge, a toaster, microwave, kettle, and a mini stove....This is one of the hostel i stayed which the overall area is soooo clean, including toilet & shower area. Only one thing is you need to be aware esp for those with luggage, you need to carry it upstairs but it's only a short walk. Overall, i would recommend this place if you want a cozy and convenient place to stay.

It might not be necessary to separate the male and female toilets while each gender has only one toilet. Sometimes the toilet of one gender has been occupied while the other one is vacant. It will be more efficient when each customer can find a toilet whenever they need. However, this hostel is very good anyway. Thank you for your treatment. ☺️

One of the sinks struggled to make hot water while the others didn't.

Staff were fluent in English and friendly, and they made sure to show you around on intake. Bed was clean and comfy. Showers were hot, and shampoo and body wash are already in the showers. Literally in Chinatown so if you like Chinese food you're in the perfect location. Close to 2 train stations.

One of my best experiences—if not the best—in a hostel. The owner is incredibly nice and helpful. Everything is very clean, cozy, lots of lovely detailed stuff, and everything you need is there. - not that it bothered me but the building is not too big so you need to arrange your stuff accordingly.

- Extremely cozy environment (honestly nice!) - comfy beds (can recommend 8D, bed above is unused and close to toilets and shower) - everyone takes care of being silent and respectful - super friendly owner - great location - extremely clean!!

Some of the other travelers were a bit noisy after quiet time. Someone was packing/unpacking/repairing their suitcase in the common room at 1AM one night. Since my bed was against the wall of the common room, it was a bit irritating. But, that's just part of staying at a hostel and when I asked them to quiet down they did.

This was in an excellent location in Chinatown and within walking distance of many attractions. The hostel host was great to talk with and gave us some excellent recomendations! There were people from many different countries, so it was fun to chat in the common room during the day. The coffee shop on the lower floor was also very nice.

It isn't on the ground floor and no lift so carrying suitcases up and down the stairs is a bit of a hassle.

Friendly staff in a homey, unpretentious hostel. Turn a corner and you're in the bustling centre of Chinatown. Plenty of meal choices and close to trains and buses.
