It is good but the building do not have elevator but is fine. Rooms are clean and the spaces are good enough.

Much better directions from JR Nagoya are possible. The exit the property told us about didn’t even come up in the English version of Google maps. Maybe the property didn’t appear by name in Google maps either. Had to use Apple Maps. Better to use names like Bic Camera building and the actual signs in the station, near the x entrance to y railway underground etc. The light outside was bright so better curtains would be great.

Hot and cold water available. Helpful reception. Comfortable bed with kind to skin sheets. Lots of places to eat. Quiet when we were there. No stuffiness. The shared shower and separate toilet on 1F were very clean.

There’s no lift, so it was a bit hard to carry our luggage.

We felt this accommodation matched our expectations. The rooms are small but comfortable with nice beds and TV and amenities. The toilets are shared, but they seemed clean enough.

Even though we were only here for one night, everything was clean, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Shared bathroom facilities but fully equipped and clean. We were only in Nagoya for a trip to Magome, so I chose a location close to the nearest bus stop. Price/location ratio for me a great choice

Bathroom facilities seemed too little. 8 rooms that can fit 2 people shared one shower and one toilet.

You can check your luggage in the hotel but the staff is not always at the front desk. 11 minutes walk to Nagoya station, not far but it will be a torture when you're carrying large luggage with you. 11000JPY for a stay on Saturday.

Extremely big double bed compared to other hotels in Japan, very comfortable. Free drinking water machine in the public area. If you're Chinese and not good at speaking Japnese, staying here is a good choise because the hotel is run by chinese staff.

It was cold near the windows, we can hear people from the street because of bad isolation I think. Put air conditioners because it can get humid.

The room space is quite small and walking space is limited. Can only open 1 luggage at one time.

Limited toilet and shower, only one for one floor consist of 5-6 rooms, most of the guests from China and they use the toilet and shower for long time, make a phone or video call inside and one night i almost sure there's more then 1 people in the shower, making some 'noise' (u know what i mean)

Bed was grand and comfy. Nice room and aura. There were anything one will need, hair dryer, fridge, etc. staff was nice but it be even better if they could communicate in English, that aside, the hostess was very helpful with needs and request! Def recommend this, truly a relaxing experience.

Straight away Bill in Reception was brilliant ! He went out of his way to help us with location and menu options . Location was great, room facilities were excellent value for money . Clean and quiet .

The shower and loo were spotless and well equipped. Easy check in and great location for train station nearby. Bill was exceptional as he went the extra mile to recommend local eatery and made us feel very welcome. Comfy great big bed with lovely linen . Great value place ; highly recommend it !

They didn’t explain the check out process but another staff explained everything while checking out, so it was fine.

If you need anything, they most likely had it. It was self service, so you just had to go get it on the floor you were on. There’s no need to call people unless they ran out of bath towels or anything you needed
