VERy minor nit.....It would have been nice if the room included bar soap and not just shower gel. I probably could have requested but did not bother since the L'Occitane amenities were great.

Excellent location very close to the Shibuya station and Shibuya Scramble Crossing.. Great view of the cityscape from our 28th floor room. Wonderful and accommodating staff. We arrived a bit early, but they were able to store the luggage for us and have it delivered to the room when our room was ready. Room was more spacious than typical Tokyo rooms having a king bed, bathroom with a tub and separate shower, just about every amenity, and of course the wonderful Toto bidet toilet. The mini-bar included soft drinks and beer that were included in our rate and replenished daily. Although we did not use it, we had access to a lounge that provided snacks, drinks, and dessert throughout the day. Since our flight was in the evening, they stored our luggage for us while we made good use of our last day in Tokyo.

Reaching the hotel can be an effort - need to either go up a hill (if coming from the station area) or cross a bridge with stairs (if coming from the central Shibuya shopping/activity area). Apart from that, the hotel itself is amazing!

Hotel is very high-level and convenient. Location is strategic, very close to the center but also more on the edge, so it's quiet. View from the higher floors is amazing and the room are very specious. I find that upgrading the room to "executive" is recommended, as the benefits are good even for the price (especially the Japanese snacks at the lounge, they're so good). Service in general was also excellent. All in all, an excellent hotel.

Not much to dislike but not actually connected to train so got a little wet in the rain.

Perfectly located near Shibuya station and to the sights and sounds of Shibuya. Great gym and pool. Good choice of restaurants and very close to neighbouring restaurants.

I would say the only thing that was a bit annoying was the wifi. It kept falling out now and then. And some of the furniture was dated

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff cannot do enough for you. Also the rooms are spotlessly clean with enough toiletries being refreshed every day. The bed is so comfortable and so are the pillows. And it is also so quiet you hardly hear anything. The fridge kept anything you got really cold. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The traditional Japanes breakfast was more elegant than the western buffet breakfast. The buffet selection was getting a bit repetitive with the same choices every day.

The Japanese bathroom and all the amenities. Free soft drinks, tea and coffee and water. Turn-down service every night with fresh pajamas, robes and slippers. Excellent travel essentials provided (l'Occitane products), hugh shower and tub for good soak after a long day.

There was beautiful space and cool air conditioning for our hot few days travel, very helpful and friendly staff, the breakfast buffet was very enjoyable, the room was fantastic we loved it. We absolutely LOVED the teppanyaki restaurant in the hotel and our amazing room service breakfast. It was such a fun stay!

Great Location, a bit farther from Shibuya Crossing (about 12min walk) But still a good location. 5 mins away from train station. Beds were very comfortable, Toilets were big and clean. There's a 7/11 in the premises.

Great location. We were on the 28th floor so great view, nice to be above the busyness of Shibuya. We were out most of the day, went once to the pool, super quiet, great massage chair! Lots of restaurant choices. Lovely service all around

The hotel is located only a short walk from Shibuya Scramble Crossing. The train station is also a short walk away. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and we loved the turn down service. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were very fluffy. There is nothing we didn’t like about this hotel. Thank you to the management and staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

My only complaint is that the daily coffee that I order on arriving to breakfast is not delivered until near the end of my meal. Not a big deal, but I suggest buying a 2nd coffee machine for the restaurant

We had very unfortunate at the bar. We went up to the 40th floor to have a drink and dinner at the bar on July 31, late, around 10pm. The bar area was pretty empty so I moved a chair to sit next to my wife and was treated very rude by one staff of the bar. I saw the couple next to us paying and told him I’ll move the chair back when they left. Once I did he came out and ranted and yelled. I have never been treated so disrespectful in Japan, he ruined the whole experience. If I did something incorrect, I apologize, but I did not deserve to be treated that way. I don’t remember his name, he was young, thin, and I’m sure your staff know who he is. Very very unfortunate. A person with that attitude can really be a negative impact for your hotel.

- Communication with Housekeeping was more confused than I have encountered with other similar hotels - somehow they took "we don't want towels changed every day" to mean "we don't want anything done to the room during our stay"

- The breakfast buffet was very nice, especially the Japanese Breakfast on the last day - The view from the corner room with the sun setting behind Mt Fuji were very special - The room service (food) was of high quality
