United StatesWe had two rooms for 5 people. The rooms are very tight… our room with 3 was tough. There’s barely room to move much less deal with luggage. There are no shelves, closet, drawers, etc to put anything so be prepared to literally live out of your suitcase. The ruins were also very musty smelling. I’m not sure if the hotel doesn’t run air when rooms aren’t occupied but between the three hotels were stayed at while in Japan this was the only one that didn’t feel like 4 stars but was the same price
It really is a great location - positioned less that a block from one station and a little further the other direction to a second. The breakfast was also really good and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed

The hotel is in between motomachi and sannomiya station and both are within 5-8 mins distance. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping district. Perfect way to end the day. The onsen in the hotel is a cherry on top.
