Nice room, wonderful breakfast, the public bath at the top of the hotel was great (and the main reason for my stay). As typical in Japan, nothing was very large or made to impressive, but just right and very convenient.

The room was a bit damp and the air conditioner was making noise. It's close to the train tracks so you can hear the creaking noises.

Location is great, near shopping area and restaurants. Staff is friendly.

There are only 2 small elevators in the building and the lobby is on the 13th floor. So it can take a while to get in and out of the building during peak times.

The location is great if you are sightseeing in the Kobe city area.

We had two rooms for 5 people. The rooms are very tight… our room with 3 was tough. There’s barely room to move much less deal with luggage. There are no shelves, closet, drawers, etc to put anything so be prepared to literally live out of your suitcase. The ruins were also very musty smelling. I’m not sure if the hotel doesn’t run air when rooms aren’t occupied but between the three hotels were stayed at while in Japan this was the only one that didn’t feel like 4 stars but was the same price

It really is a great location - positioned less that a block from one station and a little further the other direction to a second. The breakfast was also really good and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful with anything we needed

Absolutely stunning views from the rooms. Nice onset despite its small size. Room was very clean as well as nice and spacious. Nicely located near a train station and all the major spots in Kobe.

The pictures don't depict the real size of the room not that they are very small but they are not very big either.

The hotel is in between motomachi and sannomiya station and both are within 5-8 mins distance. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping district. Perfect way to end the day. The onsen in the hotel is a cherry on top.

The staff is international and very professional. The bath and sauna was a welcome feature after traveling. The breakfast is staged in time periods that allow for a better flow and not to be over crowded. The location is very close to everything.

Only negative was you could hear the trains from the hotel room, but the trade off being the station is only a minute away

Great location next to Motomachi JR and Hanshin station with short walk to Sannomiya. Close to restaurants and shopping. The public bath upstairs were really good.

Room is a little bit small and old. Coin laundry machine doesn’t work well and it cost more than Osaka hotels and Kyoto hotels.

Location is great, Onsen is clean, staff is friendly and most of them can speak English.

Unfortunately the trains run past all day and night, so bring air plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Lovely staff and fantastic breakfast. Spa looks lovely, but we didn’t use it. Sentral location by the station and close to Chinatown. Enjoyed our stay so much that we are actually going back there tomorrow.

Good The location is very convenient. The hot spring is clean and the temperature of spa was suitable for me . It’s new hostel and I lived here comfortably. The price of breakfast is a little expensive . Overall it’s very good.

Very good location. Room had a large bed and the hotel has an Onsen. Especially loved the outdoor abthing area. The Hotel offers a use of a washing machine. Great for longer trips.
