Some of the shrubbery around the hotel was dried out.

The location is close to the JR station which gives easy access to Osaka and Kyoto. If I were to go back to Kobe I would stay there again.

Excellent location. The airport transfer is directly across the hotel. Very suitable for those who flew in from Osaka Kansei airport. Bus terminal and metro station is just 5 mins walk from hotel.

As others have mentioned the construction next door does make access to the hotel a little more tricky but that is a minor issue.

Position was very close to the Sannomiya Station giving easy access to and from the airport and other areas of Kobe. The hotel is also next door to a large shopping centre with many food options. And Lawson is located close by.

It is quite hidden due to construction in front of the property. Also the hotel lobby is at 2nd floor instead of 1sr floor. Car park is quite narrow for a MPV. In addition the staff couldn’t speak English very well.

Our bed is elevated on a platform, which made the space smaller and tripping hazard.

Location was good - just across the Sannomiya bus terminal where we took the bus to Arima town.

The checkout time could have been a bit later and hope that the construction around the hotel is going to be finished soon as access to the site was difficult.

No public bath :(. A couple more side dishes for breakfast would have been lovely, that showcase Japanese cuisine - Japanese cuisine is divine! I was still very happy with breakfast. Also, being able to stream Netflix - I had problems being able to do this. I missed being able to use a public bath at night.

Despite the building being surrounded by construction, I did not hear a sound when it came to sleeping. Right next to the train station, so location was perfect. An 8 minute walk to the airport limousine bus, close to awesome department stores. Room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and perfect for my stay. Wonderful staff.

The room itself is pretty challenging. This is not a room for clumsy people or disable or old people. Because they have a step up platform for the bed. Which is in a weird position. If you're clumsy , you might get tripped on your way to the bathroom at night. There are steps to the bathroom as well. So the interior design of the room is pretty challenging. When i stayed there are a big construction surrounding the area of the hotel, so it was pretty challenging to arrive at the hotel from the station. I suggest the hotel staff to inform the guests the way to the hotel during this construction period. Another thing is the sign of this hotel is very small and unreadable from a distance, suggest to make a bigger sign so we can see the hotel name from far away.

This is a new fairly probably a new hotel, at least the room design is pretty modern. The location was great very close to sannomiya station. The room was fairly big and value for money was good. It was very clean and the bed is very big.

Location, location, location! Hotel was centrally located, in fact the airport shuttle bus stop was just diagonally opposite our hotel. Main train station and bus terminal were 5 mins walk away. Lots of good eateries within 10 - 15 mins walking distance.

Compact room. Staff struggled with English but we got by with Google translate. Road works outside was inconvenient as the whole intersection was closed.

The entrance might need a bigger sign. We walked by the hotel and couldn't see it at first.

The location was very good, staffs are very friendly. Breakfast was ok, rooms were clean and tidy.
