Position was very close to the Sannomiya Station giving easy access to and from the airport and other areas of Kobe. The hotel is also next door to a large shopping centre with many food options. And Lawson is located close by.

SingaporeIt is quite hidden due to construction in front of the property. Also the hotel lobby is at 2nd floor instead of 1sr floor. Car park is quite narrow for a MPV. In addition the staff couldn’t speak English very well.

AustraliaNo public bath :(. A couple more side dishes for breakfast would have been lovely, that showcase Japanese cuisine - Japanese cuisine is divine! I was still very happy with breakfast. Also, being able to stream Netflix - I had problems being able to do this. I missed being able to use a public bath at night.
Despite the building being surrounded by construction, I did not hear a sound when it came to sleeping. Right next to the train station, so location was perfect. An 8 minute walk to the airport limousine bus, close to awesome department stores. Room was spacious, quiet, comfortable and perfect for my stay. Wonderful staff.

IndonesiaThe room itself is pretty challenging. This is not a room for clumsy people or disable or old people. Because they have a step up platform for the bed. Which is in a weird position. If you're clumsy , you might get tripped on your way to the bathroom at night. There are steps to the bathroom as well. So the interior design of the room is pretty challenging. When i stayed there are a big construction surrounding the area of the hotel, so it was pretty challenging to arrive at the hotel from the station. I suggest the hotel staff to inform the guests the way to the hotel during this construction period. Another thing is the sign of this hotel is very small and unreadable from a distance, suggest to make a bigger sign so we can see the hotel name from far away.
This is a new fairly probably a new hotel, at least the room design is pretty modern. The location was great very close to sannomiya station. The room was fairly big and value for money was good. It was very clean and the bed is very big.
