Amazing room have not seen like it before

I read that some people weren’t aware that cookware and dishes were available. Staff may want to more actively convey this to visitors. I stayed 3 nights and loved it. Breakfast menu options were the same each day. Some people may not like this but it was very plentiful in my opinion.

A beautiful, new, modern facility. Fully non smoking, great indoor and outdoor bath, nice quality and variety at breakfast. Peaceful and relaxing. Room was gigantic. Loved the kitchenette and ability to borrow cookware and dishes, etc.

Nothing i didn't like about the hotel

This was one of the best hotels i have stayed in, as someone who has been to Japan a dozen times. Facilities are immaculate (make sure to try the massage chairs in the spa), staff were incredibly attentive and accomodating, breakfast was delicious and of high quality.

I loved how open the hotel was especially the rooms. Had a full kitchen of i ever wanted to cook (ramen) and had a living room which was quite comfy I must say.

The onsen there was just still water,not running at all, makes me feel not really clean and comfortable.

Beautifully designed with modern decor. Luxurious and spacious room with gorgeous mountain view from the balcony. Great to have an onsen on site.

We were unhappy they wouldn't extend breakfast or reserve food for my kids that did an early morning hike to see mount Fuji. They were bck 10 minutes lqte and miss3ed breakfast all together, even though we asked.

Breakfast was good, roomy and made eggs to order. The room was awesome, we were a famly of 4 and slept comfortably, my kids are over 18. The onsen was shared but this proved to be fine.

Small downside: the toilet seat in our room wasn’t heated, which was a bit unexpected. Breakfast was average and could be improved. The pillow is just not right, it gave me a neck / back ache.

The clean, spacious room with tasteful interior design and beautiful art decor that made the atmosphere feel stylish yet cozy. The location was also super convenient, with convenience stores nearby. Staff were friendly, attentive

We could not have a drink prior to dinner at the property. Looks like you have the facilities for it but maybe not enough staff?

The washing machine takes 3-4 hours to finish the washing and drying load. It’s a bit long and the floor in the bedroom shakes as the washing machine spins.

Spacious room with comfortable beds. Nice washing machine and dryer. Welcome drink is delicious.

The booking said “Adult only” which I understood to mean no kids would be at the hotel. Someone brought a child into the women’s onsen and the child was loud and also I didn’t feel comfortable being naked around him.
