Staff were friendly and beds were comfy rooms were also big compared to some I’ve stayed in. For location and price tho it’s really good value for money

Perfect budget location for exploring Dotonbori area and Namba station

linen and sheets were not very clean

Everything was perfect, as a native english speaker, I felt that everything was made very simple to understand and the front desk staff are all very kind and warm-hearted and always tried their best to accomodate me. Location is very central, with a very short walk to Dotonbori for tourism, as well as being near plenty of convenience stores, souvineer shops, bars and restaurants. I will 100% recommend Business Inn Sennichimae to any first time visitors and non foreign visitors alike. I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Osaka.

Very central indeed. Right in the action. Perfect for a 2 or 3 day stay in Osaka. Central but not noisy.

We couldn’t figure out how to switch off the heated mirror in the bathroom but then again we didn’t ask for help :-)

Great price and location. Breakfast is simple but it's enough to get started in the day. I received a great response when I told the front desk that my internet didn't work well. The front desk person came to my room with another router to boost the signal and that made a big difference. Thank you! I also liked the fact that you could do laundry downstairs.

Too Small

Awesome location, in the heart of Namba and 5 minutes away from Dotombori, 10 from Namba station and 5 from Nippombashi (that'll take you to Kyoto directly), 10 from Den den town. Staff is nice and welcoming. Night access is available from 2 to 6pm with a dongle. Breakfast is basic (hot /cold drinks, one bread, one yogurt) but does the job.

Noisy at times due to the bars in the street below, you might want to ask for a room in the upper floors. Wifi connection was quite struggling, except on floor 10 (I did 4, 8 and 10). The room is basic with a window on the building next door so you can't /don't want to open it.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is helpful and they reply to messages very quickly.

The location is very convenient for Nipponbashi Metro/Kintetsu Railway station or there is direct access to Metro/Nankai Railway at Namba via underground Namba Walk. Although it is close to Dotonbori, it is on a quiet street without noise at night. You can ask for new towels as required at the front desk instead of having daily housekeeping. The staff spoke limited English but they have written English explanations and you can get by with gestures. They were friendly and helpful. A good base for my time in Osaka (mostly going to the Expo)

Location is great, walk 10 mins to Namba Station, 7 mins to glico sign.

Noisy from outside, room is old and dusty on curtain and windows.

check out was 10 am and if you want late check out there is an hourly rate until 12 nn over than 12nn its a a full day rate. No automatic lock i the door you have to physically lock by key. Also same with electricity. Low ceiling

Location, friendly staff.

The breakfast is not good at all. Book without breakfast, there is plenty of opportunity nearby. If you stay multiple days and you want your room cleaned you have to turn in the key before 10 00 am and only get it back after 3.00 pm. This seems to be a policy to discourage people from asking the room to be cleaned
