Staff were friendly and beds were comfy rooms were also big compared to some I’ve stayed in. For location and price tho it’s really good value for money

Great price and location. Breakfast is simple but it's enough to get started in the day. I received a great response when I told the front desk that my internet didn't work well. The front desk person came to my room with another router to boost the signal and that made a big difference. Thank you! I also liked the fact that you could do laundry downstairs.

Noisy at times due to the bars in the street below, you might want to ask for a room in the upper floors. Wifi connection was quite struggling, except on floor 10 (I did 4, 8 and 10). The room is basic with a window on the building next door so you can't /don't want to open it.

Awesome location, in the heart of Namba and 5 minutes away from Dotombori, 10 from Namba station and 5 from Nippombashi (that'll take you to Kyoto directly), 10 from Den den town. Staff is nice and welcoming. Night access is available from 2 to 6pm with a dongle. Breakfast is basic (hot /cold drinks, one bread, one yogurt) but does the job.

The location is very convenient for Nipponbashi Metro/Kintetsu Railway station or there is direct access to Metro/Nankai Railway at Namba via underground Namba Walk. Although it is close to Dotonbori, it is on a quiet street without noise at night. You can ask for new towels as required at the front desk instead of having daily housekeeping. The staff spoke limited English but they have written English explanations and you can get by with gestures. They were friendly and helpful. A good base for my time in Osaka (mostly going to the Expo)

The wifi is horrible, I could not get a signal in my room. I was in 7th floor but I was able to find a good spot. That is near the door, so I had to grab my chair stuck beside the door to use the internet.

Location is near Dotonbori. It was about 10 mins walk with my large luggage to get there from Namba station. My room was upgraded for free by Booking.com. I like the room as its clean and also the toilet and bathtub was really great. There amenities was massive aside from toothbrush,toothpastee, razor, hair brush,for ladies I had a free facial mask, lotion, cleanser etc. Staff was nice and friendly as well. The price is really reasonable as well.

Well.. the atmosphere kinda felt a lil sketchy, but I think that the price was unbeatable and met my expectations which were just a place to stay for one night and have it closer to my destinations.

The location was super close to Dotonbori. I wanted to explore at night so this was my best choice without paying too much.

It was great value for money and an amazing location right in the heart of Osaka. The beds were clean and the bathrooms were clean. Green tea and a kettle are provided in the room. The front desk was very helpful and friendly.

I love that they allow to leave baggage if you arrive early, that there is an outlet near the bed, coin laundry down stairs, delicious breakfast, very near dotonbori and train stations. Will definitely book here again when I come back to Osaka.

I didn't like the carpet in the reception/hall way, It looked dirty.

We took a gamble on the cheapest room we could find to save money for our trip but the hotel exceeded my expectations. I was worried as the reviews stated that it was for mainly used by Japanese business men but I think with the boom in tourism happening in Japan, I only really saw tourists. Check in was a breeze and the reception staff were lovely. Good location, everything we needed within walking distance and lots of options for food. The room was also clean!

Stain on bed Duvet. Toilet tap is loose. Have to hold the tap to control the water speed. But small issues as bearable.

Very good location, I was on top floor and wifi was poor. Small room but good value for what I paid considering other places were much more expensive. Checkout 10am was a bit early compared to others. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Would stay here again based on value.
