+ literally 10m from the most beautiful beach + cute cafes and a few restaurants in walking distance + great dinner at hotel (4000¥ per person - but really tasty and in private tatami style room) + you can rent everything you might need for the beach + very clean + laundry service available for a small fee + one of the hosts also doubles as a taxi driver and can offer shuttles to places if you ask in advance

You need to be prepared for a Japanese culture, for example changing your shoes into slippers which are available for all guests and reusable. You need to inform staff if you want to come back after 11pm. And be aware about all of the restrictions, we were charged 1100 yen for checking out 11:25 instead of 11:00 am, even if the whole place was empty and no one else was waiting for a check in. No tea&coffee facilities in the room, you have a cold and hot water dispenser downstairs, but no coffee or tea to make, so take yours.

Location is gorgeous, 5 meters to the Mibaru Beach, which is really nice. Staff was very kind and helpful. The whole place is very clean, room was spacious, with classic Japanese toilet. Air condition worked well. This place and area is really quiet and calm, you can have a good rest from the city vibes.

Not a fault of this hotel, but food options close by were a bit limited. You will need to find transportation to get around.

Our hosts were so friendly. They offered us phenomenal hospitality, above and beyond what we ever expected. They were so helpful. They had Western and Okinawan breakfasts, which for our family was perfect. The beach was secluded; I don't think we saw more than 20 people at the beach at one time. They were also helpful with arranging beach activities. We went on the glass-bottomed boat to see the reefs, and some fun activities like banana boat. We also recommend going to see Okinawa World (caves and culture!) if you have the chance; it's close by.

The location to the beach was incredible, literally across the road, it was spacious and quiet. There was parking. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming even helping us with our ticket reservation for the Gangala park nearby. Excellent !

Accommodation is not new and style is 1960’s. If you want to stay cozy stylish one, there are many around this area but I come again for sure.

It’s just in front of sea only 10 steps to get into the paradise.

I really have no complaints, i feel like we got a good value for the price we paid.

First of all, I love small family run beachside hotels. This one is great - the family that runs it is so helpful! They were able to help us make reservations, call taxis, and recommend places to eat. I speak very little Japanese, she spoke a little English but with the help of google translate at times we were able tot communicate very well. The space itself is lovey and simple, decorated with a bunch of cute creatures made from shells. The do have the option to order dinner and breakfast ahead of time- we loved the breakfast, but when out to dinner with friends in the evening. Do pay attention to the room type, a couple friends staying with us were caught off guard by the futons on the floor. We loved our room though! Had a lovely view of the ocean.

Be mindful that there are a lot of stairs, no ramps to roll luggage up, and no elevator. Beds are futons on the floor. So, if you're older, getting up off the floor to go to the bathroom could be difficult. The owner will carry luggage up the stairs if asked. Some details to know ahead of time.

The owners are very helpful, nice, and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. They will taxi you to nearby locations, and the hotel is located across from the ocean. It's super clean.

Very little we didn't like. Perhaps it would be good to have an option to turn off the balcony lights outside at nights. The shower temperature can vary.

A charming family-run hotel no more than five steps away from the sand and sea of Mibaru Beach. Our room had an excellent view from the balcony. Yumiko and Taketo are the perfect hosts - so kind and gracious, and made it easy for us despite our lack of Japanese. A nice breakfast served at the time of our choice each day. Free parking to the rear. This place is steps away from some very expensive hotels and the best option to enjoy this stunning location. Plenty of cafes a short walk away and restaurants a shore drive including on Ojima island. A good base too to take the ferry to Kudaka.

No convenience stores in the area but only a problem if you don't have a car.

Great secluded location right next to a beautiful beach. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner optional but both really tasty. Nearby activities eg. glass bottom boat.
