More info about the check in and how to reach the property from the train station underground would be very helpful prior checking in.

The only thing we wish they could improve on is the slippery bath tub. This room had a small bathroom and the person would have the shower in the bath tub, however the bath tub was super slippery yet there was no grab bar at all, which was quite dangerous.

First of all, kudos to the staff who waited two hours for us to arrive the hotel. I had some issues with my phone and didn't get their message that their front desk closed at 7pm, and we ended up arriving at 9pm. The staff lady not only wasn't upset, she was super nice and we had a great chat with laughter. They did send us instructions of how to get into the room after the front desk was closed, but if we weren't able to check messages then it would have been a problem. We all appreciated her friendly and considerate service. The room was a beautiful surprise for us, as it's even nicer to see in person than the pictures. It was nicely designed and spacious. The room we got had both regular beds and tatami beds, and both were very comfortable. Even the coffee and tea they provided in the room were good quality ones. I love the concrete walls and the modern industrial clean interior design of the room. The location was also very convenient.

There was a leak from the ceiling just above the step to the kitchen area which needs attention. The lack of elevator meant that we had to carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs. However, this was already made clear from the description of the hotel. I think that this would be challenging for elderly travellers.

Excellent layout, central location. There were two separate toilets, one separate bathroom and one separate shower and bath combined. The kids loves the projector on the wall. Easy to walk to from Shizuoka Station.

No full kitchen ammenities in the room i stayed in so fine for a short stay but the only sink in the room was in the bathroom.

Good location helpful staff that showed us to the place. Good english speaking support. Room was very large with comfortable beds. Nice bathroom and kitchen essentials. Easy check out, decent value for money especially considering the size and location of the property. Very clean room.

The place was awesome… very big for Japan! Interesting modern design, very well located in downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants ( awesome ramen place suggested by the gentleman at the reception. Bonus: we had some vouchers and took advantage of 2 passes for a spa situated 2 metro stations from the apartment. Absolutely worth it! We were given a telephone to get hold of someone if we needed some help. I would really recommend in a heartbeat this decentralized hotel !

We were not expecting a separate reception but our vags were delivered to the room, and we were escorted all the way to the room which was a few blocks from their reception. Once we saw the room, we understood the value of the separate reception area. We were given a phone to directly contact them if needed which was an additional comfort.

5 minutes walk from Shizuoka Station. Direct underground passage from station to the street where the apartment is. Lovely street and close to family Marr, famous ichiran and Tully coffee. Excellent location. Netflix on the projected screen made our family vacation more fun in the evening. Was an extremely pleasant experience.

the room was really spacious, with an area with floor cushions where to lay down and relax. they also provide netflix and amazon fire tv which was very convenient with a 1.5y old. they also provided amazing pjs sets and all details were curated to male our stay very pleasant. thank you!

Our room had a gymnasium above which had noise during the day - but it was closed at night so didn't impact us much.

The size of this room was enormous by Japanese standards. Multiple showers and sinks meaning our family of 4 were easily accommodated. The staff were very helpful also. Location was good - a 2-3 minute walk to the shopping area.

the location is show in booking it’s just reception for check in but the room is so far from here.I walk around 7 mins with my big suitcase.The room door just lock only one step so I feel not safe in the evening.

Was a bit difficult to identify the location & walk from the station so we needed to get a taxi. The taxi drive had difficulty finding it as well. once we found it we realized it was very conveniently located near the station but it was necessary to go underground to walk. please include instructions to find the room.

This was a very large space, clean, comfortable. decentralized concept is great!
