It was clean and airconditioning worked very well. It was quiet and had very nice common area.

Paper walls and windows - the windows are facing the street with a lot of activity taking place during the night. Bring your earplugs. You can also hear what other people are talking in their rooms, which is hell for light sleepers.

You get what you pay for. The place was clean, close to the beach. The kitchen and common areas are well maintained.

Room was very small but expected.

More than sufficient number of shower and washroom in relation to the number of rooms. Being the first time staying at a guesthouse with shared facility, I was concerned but all went well. Also it's very close to the beach and 7-Eleven that has a wide variety of breakfast items including a decent coffee, lunch and dinner if needed.

Hostel style. The location is about 10 mins walk from kamakura station and 3 mins from wakazuka station. Bathroom is clean and living room is comfy.

One of the bathroom's hot water does not working, so it is freezing while bathing at night. The place is a bit far from stations.

The bathroom & washroom is clean. The dining room has decorated so nicely. The place is quiet so I got a really good rest in the 2 nights.

Loved the location so close to the beach, slight hiccup with bus service but it's a short taxi ride, there is a train station near by , but we didn't use to get to the B&B , I used it after my beach walk to get to Hasedera temple. I liked the decor, the bed was comfortable and great having a 24hr 7/11 next door .

The only suggestion for improvement would be to swap regular single beds for bunk beds to free up floor space for storing luggage in the bedrooms. The rooms have nice high ceilings, so they could easily accommodate a bunk bed set up.

Location was brilliant. Very easy to access both the beach and the train station. Loads of lovely places to shop and eat locally too. There is a nice lounge and kitchen area and the shared bathrooms were very spacious. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful! :)

Nice bed and breakfast. The beach is not far and you can easily walk to the train station. The accommodation has a nice shared living room and a kitchenette. The reception was very friendly.

Some people did not sleep well because of the noisy AC, and because only one of the 3 windows in the 4-bed room has a curtain so it gets very bright at around 5AM. Maybe bring ear plugs and a eye mask. Swim stuff does not dry well in the room, I had better luck getting up early to dry it out front of the building on the wooden fencing.

Great location close to the beach, the station, and many restaurants. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms with good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Big shared fridge, well equipped kitchen, chill and beachy common space with couch, coffee table, dining table and chairs.

Find it a little strange to have to pay extra for a towel. The road noise is really a lot, I never realized how loud motorbikes are until you hear them racing down the road all night - it is ok for a budget accomodation, but it would be good if they provided earplugs. The curtains in Room 5 (corner room) also let in a lot of light, so we were up early everyday with the light and noise.

For a hostel, this was great, but could really be exceptional with a few extra touches. Having the living room to work, relax, eat etc. is good. We had to come a little later than expected and the staff stayed late for us, we really appreciated that. Bed and blankets are very comfortable.

Good location, very close to the sea. And not too far from the next train station. Overall good value, if looking for a cheap, clean place to stay. But no amenities, which includes bath towels. But those can be rented for 200¥. Still a reasonable price I believe, especially if only staying for a short time.

The giant list of rules and the hall lights couldn't be turned off- if you ventured out to use the bathroom in the night, you were wide awake from the bright hallway by the time you returned to bed.

The location and the price. It's a hostel so we weren't expecting the Ritz. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and staff, although limited in number, were friendly and helpful.

This B&B is really close to the beach, you have a Lawson few meters near it, the staff is really flexible regarding the check in , they can keep your bags and put in your room so you can go to the beach without waiting the check in hour.

There was no clerk present when I arrived, as I didn't have a japanese phone or wifi, it was tricky to get help, luckily I had a japanese friend with me to call them. Otherwise I would be stranded.

Good facilities, big common area with a nice sofa, tv and kitchen. Rooms are large and comfy beds.
