I wished the lobby was air conditioned, it was hot.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, and the room was incredibly spacious with four beds and a futon chair, easily accommodating four people. The bathroom layout was excellent, with the shower, toilet, and sink all separate, allowing multiple people to use it simultaneously. The building also had a convenient elevator, which made getting our luggage to the second floor a breeze. A huge plus was the effective air conditioning, especially during our visit in the scorching July heat.

The place is in walking distance to the Sensoji Temple and 仲世通见commercial area. Our room is small but very clean and neat. The owner is a kind gentleman and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This is a great location in Akasuka part of Tokyo. There was a lot within walking distance, and anything else was only a short walk to the train station for other areas in the city. The room itself worked out well and was cleaned daily. Certainly seems like a newer building. The owner was really nice and friendly. And while not expected since we are in another country, he also spoke English, which made communicating easier. Some places we stayed during our 2-week Japan trip didn't offer late check-out. We really needed it on our last day, great to have as an option with this lodging. Plus, they stored luggage for us after check-out so we didn't need to drag it around or find lockers.

They made our visit very special by making our bed every day with fresh new towels. They even had laundry service for small fee. There is extra umbrellas in the lobby for guests. Really enjoyed staying in this place

Me, my husband and seven year old stayed for a week and we absolutely loved it. 1st the staff was great, whenever we needed anything they took care of it. We needed luggage transfer to the next hotel and they took care of it for us no problem just a little fee. Was able to have our clothes washed and dried for a small fee. 2nd cleanliness was top tier, room was cleaned everyday that we were there. 3rd location was great, walking distance to shopping area and train station (and i mean walking distance with a 7 year old you know how they can be) if we are ever able to go back we would most definitely stay here again.

The beds are a little small and little uncomfortable but nothing we couldn’t manage. We fell fast asleep after a long day on our feet.

The place was a great location. Literally 5 minutes from senso-ji temple and all of the shops. The staff is so kind and the place felt very safe and secure.

The apartment was spacious and well located. It was just a 10-minute walk to the train, which was convenient since it was away from the noisy traffic. The highlight was the balcony – after a full day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to enjoy a drink of your choice and unwind in peace.

Perfect, very spacious for our family of 4 and serviced daily. Located in a very convenient location, easy walk to trains, market and temple. Local streets are walkable and safe with lots of places to eat and shop. Everything previous comments say about the hotel manager is true, such a nice, helpful person and treats you like a friend.

Such a fantastic stay! The room was spacious for Tokyo with 5/6 individual single beds that were very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to all of the shops, restaurants and tourist sights in Asukusa, which is by far our favorite area for a family stay in Tokyo. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. We got laundry done on the 3rd day, a big bag cost 1500yen to be washed, dried, sorted and folded, this was very helpful. The rooms were serviced daily and looked great every night that we got home. Easy check in and check out.

I would recommend this place to anyone with small families. 4 adults would be the sweet spot. 4-6 with children. Awesome location, quiet neighborhood with some good places to eat nearby. Love the fact that we had a fridge with an option for a freezer as well, a microwave and plates/utensils. Temperature can be easily controlled in the room. Instant coffee each morning, and the fact that the shower, toilet, and sink are in 3 separate areas makes it convenient when getting ready in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. Appreciate the staff and they are extremely nice.

Mr. Hiroyuki is a very good host, very easy to communicate and very helpful. The room is big , I also loved that the hotel has a laundry service with $$$ but , we don’t have to worry where we do our laundry they will do it for you. They clean the room every day no charge . We loved the location it’s in the quiet neighborhood but close to everything , donki, 7-eleven ,restaurants,train station etc. walking distance to all tourist spots in asakusa , we will definitely comeback .

I would have preferred a double bed instead of two singles

Staff were always there to help, albeit remotely via screen. Very knowledgeable with great English and lots of helpful tips. Comfy clean & great location, especially if you’re into kitchen street!
