There was a lack of variety in the drink menu. Only one or two types of juice, one of them being tomato.

Excellent all in all, it delivers exactly what is supposed to. Location very close to Okayama station, 24 hour check in if requested. A great breakfast selection too!

Our room was very hot - we were sweating in March despite it being quite cold outside ! I asked how to make it cooler and the staff said there is only one setting, that's it. We opened our window - it was a bit noisy but we did manage to get to sleep.

Not really good bike parking ... they offered staff bike lot way in the back. I used the public bike parking across the street and paid the modest fee (but be careful since you cannot remove your bike in the wee hours, and the payment system was more complex than most machine-operated similar public bike parking).

Need a place to sleep and clean up (bathe) on a long distance bike trip. This place is part of the Route Inn group but is one step up. Pleasant and helpful staff.

The room we had was No 814 and although everything worked and was clean it was very dated and the bed mattresses were bony hard, The wire springing could be felt as the padding had thinned out. They need to be renewed.

The location is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It was not very close to the station. We needed to cross the big shopping center to go there. The hotel looked a little bit old.

It provided free drinks when we opted out for the daily cleaning. There was a big shopping mall just next to the hotel. Very convenient to buy breakfast and dinner. There was a very cheap parking nearby (not the one related to the hotel)

First day of stay wifi was down for the whole hotel building. The tone of the room was a bit dark (brown themed). Toilet showed signs of age but it was alright. It would have been better if the toilet had been renovated. May not be a minus but one point to note is that it looks quite close to Okayama Station on the map but actually it took me around ten minutes to walk from the hotel to the station even with the underground walkway.

The room was quite big and the bed was generally comfy. The hotel served visitors welcome drinks which included coffee, tea, juice and many more. Interestingly there was a shampoo/wash bar where you could try different fancier shower products for free. The in-room soap from Pola smelled wonderful! Staff did not speak much English but were willing to help and friendly. Close to AEON mall which is a big plus for any night snack persons.

Room temperature could not be controlled as it was centrally set for all the rooms. Weather was stilll relatively mild and inside the room it was too hot. Reception advised they could not control the temperature either and sent us an electric fan. We had to sleep with the window open but it was noisy outside. It was the first time for me to be in a hotel where guests cannot control the room temperature.

Good location, next to the big AEON shoping mall and walking distance from Okayama central station. It was convenient to move around the city and to have different options for eating.

The sheets were dingey. You could tell the whites used to be much whiter. The tubes had some old stains as well as the shower curtain. Not to mention a long hair waiting to greet me. The lobby looked nice. I didn’t chose the breakfast option so I can’t comment on the restaurant. If you’re looking for a conveniently located olace To lay your head it’s fine, just make sure they clean the room well.
