Being asked to take out my own trash. To be honest, I didn't because I was dressed up for an event at check-out but shouldn't that service be worked into the price? A weird request for a hotel. Also, it bothered my that I saw staff take the best parking spot under the shade of the building, leaving guests to park in the hot sun. I understand why, but that should be a no-no, even for a short time.

My second visit to this fairly new hotel in a great location about a 20-minute walk to the American Village area. Room was comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer. The bed was super comfortable and the table and desk was really helpful.

My only complaint was that the pillows were too big for my liking.

Lovely, clean hotel in a good central location, a short walk to popular attractions, food and shopping. Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer make this an excellent choice for extended stays. My room had a desk and proper office chair that was useful as I had to mix in work while visiting. No staff, so be prepared to check-in, check-out and make do on your own. Reasonably priced as well.

Everything was great, though we initially went to another hotel with a similar name, but it was nearby. May help to add that clarification.

All amenities available, washer and dryer were very useful, small little balcony and quite a large room. Big shower and generally the room was well split. Location was very quiet and easy to access. Great that there’s free parking as well, since we rented a car.

We were surprised that there was no bath but the shower was great.

Check in instructions were clear and simple. It is located in a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach and the American Village. We had all we need in the room.

The room I stayed and had two beds but only a tiny table with one chair to sit at. So if you’re not into sitting on the tatami mat with the low table, this may not be a good option for you.

This was one of my favorite places to stay in central Okinawa. It’s just a simple apartment but it has everything you need and has some modern design touches that make it feel a bit upscale. Also has a nice raised tatami mat area so it feels extra comfortable even though there aren’t many western tables/chairs. The lighting is nice. The kitchen was well supplied. Full sized washer and dryer.

Just minor things. There is no plastic cups for brushing the teeth, which is inconvenient for children. The check in instruction on the tablet was a bit confusing ( the part that asked me to show the passport photo for taking picture). Perhaps it’s the translation.

The room is clean and spacious. It has both regular beds and Japanese tatami. There is also enough free parking slot available, no need to reserve or first come first serve.

Location is a little tucked away from main road and right next to military base fence. On the plus side, you can catch fighter jets flying overhead.

Cosy clean room with kitchen and toilet. Well equipped with washer and dryer, fridge, stove and microwave. Impressed by the space layout that maximise useability. Close 5-10 mins walk to nearby lawson and 15 mins walk to American village. Self-check in and check out was smooth. Comes with parking lot as well.

The beds and pillows were very firm.

It was extremely clean, there was a washer and dryer which was very helpful, a little kitchenette with dishes and a hotplate. The location was perfect. We were very happy overall.

Location is very good. You can walk 3mins to Lawson and 10 mins to MacDonald or 15mins to Starbucks. The room is pretty big. The tutumi is very cozy. There is a small kitchen and fridge.

It's a bit hard to location its location on Google Map, it took us awhile to find it.

Clean and have a supermarket nearby, with quiet neighborhood.
