They’re efficient and easy checking out systems make it easier to check out on time. Also the breakfast buffet was good for the price. A convenient store was also nearby.

Bed was really comfortable. Really neat and clean. Had all the facilities we needed. Even had some english movies we could choose from on the TV so that was a bonus. Left early so didn't try the breakfast, but will try again on our return through Akita.

The hotel could have been a bit closer to Akita Station. Took us about 15 to 20 minutes to walk from the hotel to Akita Station.

The rooms were pretty spacious compared to many of the rooms of other hotels we stayed in during this trip to Japan.

The rooms are small! Being from New Zealand, we're used to much bigger hotel rooms, but it was cosy, and we got used to it. The only other issue was that the next-door carpark was always full, so we were sent to another, which was about a 10 minute walk away. It wasn't a big deal but just something to consider and not the hotels fault.

This hotel was great. The rooms were recently renovated and had all you needed. The staff were friendly however English was limited, but that's no issue with Google translate.

We booked late and could only get a smoking room. Although the room is quite small, it is nicely layout and you can have everything in that tiny room. Value for money. You may skip the breakfast if you are not keen on Japanese styled breakfast.

The location is not far from Akita station and just walk within 10 minutes to arrive the hotel. The reception staff is friendly and clearly introduce the hotel information. The room space is great and feel larger than APA hotels in other areas. The facilities are in well condition and the bed is comfortable. If traveling Akita next time, will consider staying this hotel again!

The bed was very comfortable and the desk was great as well. The room is bigger than many other hotels I've been to and had enough space for me to store my luggage and open the suitcase without any problems.

Location was a bit far from the train station so we had to take a taxi :( My parents stayed in the double room and complained that the room and bed was too small. They did not have enough space to open both their luggages and had a hard time sleeping in the double bed as it felt more like a single to them. My mom, who was sleeping on the inner side, even had to climb over my dad when she needed to use the toilet as the bed is tucked between the wall and the TV. The toilet entryway step was extremely steep and both my parents and I tripped going in and out, dangerous!

Booked a single and double room. I stayed in the single room and everything was up to my standards.

Everything was fine,

The location was perfect, very close to Senshu Park, and Akita town centre. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful.
