The breakfast served is very well accepted with choices of local and international food options. The bread and pastry, salad and the local Japanese food is good to me. Beverage is good too with coffee and tea.

AustraliaGreat comfortable, clean hotel in convenient location (we wanted something close to the airport before heading to Hirafu the next day). The only issue was not being able to get there in a taxi from the airport which caught us off guard (one wrong bus and 2 hours later we arrived by train, thankfully it wasn’t raining as we had 3 young children and five suitcases). Would recommend advising guests of this before they arrive, so they can plan adequately. We were very grateful to finally arrive to a nice warm comfy hotel room.

SingaporeThe old block rooms were very old and dated. There was a frayed old sofa in the corner an old clunky coffee table that had scratched varnish and old faded carpet on the floor. It wasn’t as spacious as the new block room too. The toilets had off white counters and didn’t feel very clean for that reason. The air conditioning felt non existent and we sweated all night though it was set on high. Getting to the hotel frm the Chitose station with luggage and snow on the ground was also a huge challenge. It’s only an 8 min walk on the map. But with luggage and the snow covered side walks, we struggled and took more like 15 mins.
We stayed at this hotel at the start and the end of our trip. We had unknowingly booked a room in the old block at the start and a room in the new block at the end. The new block rooms are slightly more expensive as they are newly renovated. But it is definitely worth it. The new block rooms are spacious, clean, newly decorated and have excellent toilets equipped with shiny new bath tubs. The air conditioning / heating is strong. Plenty of space in the room to open 2 large luggages. Most of the restaurants are also in the new block, which also happens to be nearest to the large AEON mall next door. The hotel is surrounded by eateries and shopping, great location for some last minute shopping before you hit the airport. We also managed to get a taxi to the airport at 615am in the morning via the Go taxi app quite easily. It’s a short 10 minute ride to the hotel and costs about 2000 Yen.
