The facilities were nice. Every basic needs were here. I enjoyed the ofuro.

We have to tell every time we want go go out and in. There was the sound of an air machine even when we turn if off. Just maybe a lack of lubricant at least.

Location is good and super easy to find

I really really enjoyed being at your hotel. Very clean and good bed. Good service as well. But I was extremely scared and panicked a little because I could not open the door. It is a terrible experience. I encourage you to change this systems. It is scary and can be claustrophobic. I had to call a number in order to be let out of the room. Super super super super scary experience. In case of fire or any other possible accident people may not be able to remember to dial the reception number to let people out of the room. It was a very bad experience.

Conveniently located. As a "love" hotel, it's a bit different to a normal hotel. But it did mean the bath area was better than usual, with the big bath and a seated wet area like Japanese onsen that let's you enjoy the bath a lot.

The room was locked so you can't get out once you're in, probably to stop people skipping out without paying. Not a real drama though, as When I wanted to leave I just phoned and the door was unlocked immediately.

Bathroom 10/10 made for the entire experience, bed 9/10 very comfortable and huge, staff 10/10 although very very limited English they do their best to accommodate , location 8.5/10 not much in the area to explore but still just a train stop or two away from some good areas. More suitable for a short stay, but a longer stay is also fine.

Yes could have been a little cleaner, there’s a dehumidifier/humidifier that is louder than normal, but you can turn it off so no real worries. Soft in my room was torn up a bit but still usable, just not as appealing to the eye

Reasonable price, not too far from the station, the Chinese district and the Marine tower. The room was big enough and comfortable, and so was the bathroom, with a nice jacuzzi.

The staff not responding to our emails or the phone.

The bathrooms were out of this world! The private tub was insane! The location was amazing. It was very convenient to be able to extend our stay by six hours… this is an “adult” hotel, many people rent rooms short term… haha but we were not offended

It could have been a little cleaner but overall it was fine.

Good location. Good amenities, including skin lotion and milk lotion. large bathtub and providing bathing powder to use.

Old facility. The auto-lock system not fit for traveler. Better know before booking: This is not a common hotel.
