nice place, close by a shopping mall, all checkin in happen electronically so we didn't meet any staff; very clean and good value for money!

Fantastic Stay – Convenient, Clean & Thoughtful! I had a wonderful experience at this guest house and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 1️⃣ Great Location: The place is super convenient—just a short walk from the station and close to major attractions. There’s even a Lawson convenience store nearby, making it easy to grab snacks or essentials. 2️⃣ Spotlessly Clean: The room and shared spaces were immaculate, which made my stay very comfortable. It’s clear that the host takes hygiene seriously! 3️⃣ Thoughtful Amenities: I was impressed by how well-stocked the place was—they provided everything from body lotion and makeup remover to deodorizing spray. These little touches made my stay so much more comfortable. 4️⃣ Smooth Unmanned Check-In: The self-check-in system was seamless and hassle-free. I arrived late at night, but the process was quick and easy—no stress at all! Overall, this guest house offers great value with its prime location, cleanliness, and attention to detail. Perfect for travelers who appreciate convenience and comfort. Will definitely stay here again! 🌟

I liked how neat and clean the room was. The shared bathrooms and toilets were very clean which we appreciated. The location of this hostel was amazing, really close to some good restaraunts and within walking distance of shops. We also appreciated being able to park our hire car in the provided car space, and there were ebikes to use free of charge too (although we didn't get around to using them). The staff were friendly when engaging. A good place to stay for a short visit.

Our room was right in front of the kitchenette area, so when people would dine there, it was very noisy and awkward for us in our room. Some people would use the space very early in the morning and wake us up, or very late at night talking which was disruptive. Also when we left our room to use the bathroom or to leave, people would look into our room, and it just felt not very private. The room was very small, and did not have enough space to open even one suitcase, let alone two. This could have been helped with maybe a stand or small cupboard. There were also hundreds of stickers on everything, eg. "don't take this, don't do that, make sure you do this". We counted 15 stickers in our bedroom on basically every surface.

Very very clean, good location for Kumano-kodo. I felt like home. We also went to the restaurant Ajito and I loved the vibe and the food !! A real local izakaya with very fresh fish. You also have other good restaurants near the hotel. My room had a private balcony and also a washing machine on the balcony, it was very useful for my hiking. The hotel is quite small it is not crowded so it is very quiet. Thank you.

Convenient location with many good eating opportunities in the area. The room and facilities like the shower and lounge area were very clean and equipped with all necessities. Good starting point for traveling. 2 free parking lots are available which seems reasonable given there are only 4 rooms

I wished slippers were available in bigger sizes. Also, if you are traveling with a full sized suitcase, there is barely enough space in most rooms to open them

Everythig! The Ajito exceed our expectation. Typical nippon hotel equiped facilities but owner management is quiet so fashion.

Pillows are a little be quiet thick.

A sweet and spotlessly clean small hotel, stylishly appointed and all looks brand new. Good location an easy walk to Hatayama shrine, Lawson and some restaurants close by. Self check-in with pin code, but staff appeared within a few minutes when we had a small issue (no towels, immediately fixed). Small but comfy rooms, great shared bathroom facilities.
