The lockers (located right near the beds) are made of metal and are super noisy. I highly recommend earplugs, but then again I always recommend them. The bathroom's cleanliness left something to be desired. There was a blocked basin, which I told the staff about and I was reassured that it would get fixed, by the time we left the next day it was still clogged.

It was adequate. I am happy that the rooms were at least quiet. It is located quite centrally near a major subway station, which made getting around super easy.

The bed was spacious and comfortable, but other than that, everything else was pretty run down, at least in the economic section where I stayed. The restrooms in the economic floors are bad, you get a very small locker, and there's limited luggage space. Out of about five dryers downstairs, only one worked while I stayed, and it takes very long to dry. The showers are OK but also need a little work. The only toilet with a bidet is downstairs from the reception. I only went to the social room on the 9th floor a handful of times, it was terrible, in my opinion. All that being said, my stay was ok. You get what you pay for in Tokyo.

Pretty good, cheap and close to a train station and close to Shinjuku, bed was pretty hard but was manageable. Staff were nice on reception However, no plug sockets in actual capsule which was annoying, lockers are extremely thin and can’t fit in any reasonable sized luggage, place could be cleaner throughout, defo needs to be deep cleaned. Showers are in the basement and bit grotty but wasn’t busy when I went so was manageable Overall I think if your on a budget it’s fine

The facilities were a little lacking and the restrooms were not the cleanest or best kept. Lockers were provided but were too small to fit even carry on sized luggage, no additional areas for secure (locked) storage were provided. The location was not very centralized and the options for food and other things was quite limited in the surrounding area. The beds were not comfy.

The staff was kind, helpful, and attentive to our needs. The location was quiet and generally in a good neighborhood.

The room was stuffy and hot. The two male Reception staff were helpful. However... That black female lady. Was rude, abrupt and not a pleasant experience checking in at all. I dreaded if she'd be on again, but luckily two men worked until I checked out. Who were nothing but helpful. Perhaps she could take a leaf out of their book or go through re training. I'm an Ex Royal Air Force Officer, so appreciate respect both ways. Unfortunately she didn't give this to me or other customers.

The showers were in the basement, and the elevator was the only way of getting up and down the building. The elevator also seemed like it would stop working at any moment.

The capsule beds were surprisingly quiet. Could hardly hear anyone else in the room at night, which was nice.

Towels were not available in the bath area as described in the bathroom signs. Some guests were not changing into indoor slippers. Some guests were not mindful of the quiet areas/sleeping areas.

This is not a comfortable place for a long stay. Additionally, in the mixed dormitory, the same washroom is shared by both males and females. If you compare it with a standard capsule, it is of low quality and may not meet your expectations.

I arrived at the location after the check-in time had passed. However, I had informed them in advance, and they were very cooperative. They provided me with clear instructions on how to check in without their presence. The place was conveniently located near the subway. Since I booked it for only one night, I didn’t encounter any issues. I had booked two beds, and both were clean when I arrived.

Has a prison shower situation, there is no privacy. The plug sockets are blocked by the light switch if you have a large adapter, you won't be able to use it. One elevator for entire building.
