United StatesThe rooms are a little dated but work. The breakfast was also a little lackluster but it was my personal opinion because I am not used to Japanese breakfast. I at more than half my plate before checking out and got something else in a konbini.
I liked the location of this hotel. It was very close to the station and a store I wanted to visit. The amount of space available in the room was also better than what I typically get in Tokyo in an APA hotel. The staff is really great on this hotel. Check in and Check out was a quick and painless process.

Free breakfast for all guests and it was very tasty. The staff were really nice as well and it was only a 5 min walk to the train station and a 10 min walk to the main Shizuoka city centre, which meant the hotel was nice and quiet at night.

ItalyExcellent position, short walk away from the station. The staff is welcoming, professional and very competent in speaking English. Breakfast was good and abundant in quantity. I was offered to leave my luggage after the checkout time so I could enjoy the city and pick it up before departing. Two water bottles were included each day with every pack of fresh bathroom towels.

It’s close to the station,but not so close that it’s noisy. There’s a large ground right across the street. Breakfast was healthy and efficient. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

GermanyThe accommodation lies inbetween two main traffic spots, Shizuoka Station and Shin Shizuoka. That was very helpful for exploring. Because of that you will find a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. But one is also quickly in a calm neighbourhood. In the night it was reasonably quite and I could sleep with an opened window. Of course you still can hear some city sounds. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was Japanese style and delicious and satisfying. You could see the mountains from some of the higher level rooms.

United StatesEven though hard beds seem to be common in Japanese-business like hotels, the bed in this hotel was the hardest that I've ever slept on.
The location was good, a quick walk to the station, and close to the castle, which was a good place to run in the morning. The breakfast was a nice touch as well! The staff were also very helpful about watching our luggage.

Switzerland- It is more of an Inn, not a hotel - so just don't assume luxury and it is okay for a couple of nights on a lower budget. - We are getting closer to Tokio - more tourists (mostly Asian) - wow... the Chinese are sooo loud in comparison to the very quiet Japanese. Some were like shouting throughout the breakfast... Very annoying. - No lockerroom for suitcases.
- It is not so far away from the train station - even on feet okay. - The room has every necessary furniture and quite spacious. Also for 2 people okay. - The stuff is kind - but English is just through phone speech-translation. :) - Check out at 11:00 o'clock.
