The Wi-Fi in our room did not work during our stay.

We stayed at 365BASE as a layover before our drive to Mie the following day. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were great. The front desk staff were very friendly and informative, and the property had a parking lot on site. They also had coin laundry, which we used; however, the dryer did not work so well.

The wifi information wasn't up to date or consistent, and had a few different network names in different places, none of which worked, except one, occasionally.

We got the family safari room and the kids just loved it in there.

We stopped on our way from Fuji to Nara. Hotel was nice, great common areas, kitchen also very clean and near the train station. Free coffee was a bonus ☺️

We stayed in the Safari theme room for 4. They provided 2 blanket and 3 pillows for the 1st night and we only discovered it late night. Requested they next day. 2 washing machine, no charge 2 dryer - 100 yen per 30 mins

Not exactly in the city, but still highly recommend as it only takes 20 minutes door-to-door, and at an excellent price.

Quirky communal room with camping theme: So fun! Great rooms!! Really more of a hotel than a hostel. Close to train station. In Hamamatsu try gyoza, go to the music museum, castle and surrounding gardens.

A bit far from everything, but you can join the center/central station of Hamamatsu by walking 6 minutes and taking a train for 6 minutes as well.

The common space were really wonderful and clean. Eletronic piano, bouldering space and a spacious, clean and well-equiped kitchen. The staff was really friendly and giving good advices. The room was not too hot.

If you decide to sleep in the single peoples' capsules, then bring earplugs because I could not sleep as the person in the next capsule was heavily snoring and it was so difficult to find sleep. The capsules have no sound proof tech.

Everything was amazing!!!!!!! Highly highly recommended considering the price. Lovely staff and very helpful and always smiling. Had fun. Living room allows you to hang out with foreigners and you can play games too. Great and equipped kitchen. There have a tatame room too. All this for free.

The mattress and pillow are a bit thin and there is not really a place to put your bag, since the safe is a bit small.

The staff is very friendly and it was luckily not a problem that I checked in a bit earlier. They got some maps of the area around the hostel with some recommendations on them. Towels are included and if you are looking for a bit of peace, then this is the place to go.

Option for having breakfast would be nice, as most cafe open rather late and no close bakery.

Very nice common area. Even had a climbing wall! Staff was very helpful and there were quite a few nice restaurants not far from the hotel.

I stayed here out of necessity because I couldn't find any other accommodation for the night in Shizuoka, but I was shocked at the price. WAY overpriced for what you're getting. Mattresses were too thin and the build of the bunk beds was made in a way where every little sound echoed through the entire bed. There was no wifi in the dorm either. The common area had a theme, which I can appreciate, but I think I would appreciate some more comfortable seating more.

Pleasant, clean, free coffee and tea, well-equipped kitchen, nice staff who let me check in a little early. Outdoors-themed, if you're into that. Probably fun for families or groups

internet: different users (for different parts of the building) with different passwords!! The user for my room had no signal; I could not use other user the first night because I didn't know the password. Next day, on reception time, I got the password. The location: the train doesn't leave from the main station but from a near one; the way from the station near the hostel to the hostel (by rain)

There is no elevator in the building.

The staff is friendly and kind enough to take 2 heavy luggages to 3F for us with no elevator! There is bouldering area, spacious common area, free washing machine and the environment is very relaxing.

The room was light and airy with a small balcony. Washing machine in the room. Dryer downstairs. Room was clean. Location good. Bed comfortable, bathroom good. Facilities excellent. Parking for free. Train station 10 minute walk.

Bathroom was a little small, but it was acceptable. Fixtures could have been newer, but the price was a really good value.

Amazing accommodating staff and really friendly. The room was quite sizable for Japan standards and had a convenient laundry and cooking facilities in the room.
