    “Superb location near Shinjuku station and basically every restaurant, bar and conbini you can imagine. Room has everything one needs and was very comfortable and clean. The highlight though was the friendly and very helpful english speaking staff. For my luggage transfer to another hotel with Yamato Transport a mix up with the tracking number and a delay occured. The staff at the recption went above and beyond in order to make sure my luggage arrives at the correct location and made sure to update me as fast as possible about where my luggage currently is. So even once one has checked out the staff made sure to offer an exceptional service!”
