“The room, a japanese-style one, was clean and comfortable, a bit old, but pleasant. The view was good, if one sat by the window, one could see the green mountain, and it was very nice. The beds were comfortable.
The yucatas were good. The onsen facilities were also nice, with plenty of shampoo and cream and foot massage machine, but not as nice as the other Oedo Onsen Monogatari.
They gave you the possibility of going to the other Ooedo Onsen, which has a really nice outside onsen, and to the public onsen, a beautiful wooden old structure, a very pleasant experience too.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Naruko has a decadent feel about it, but we loved it. And we ate very well (outside) and had a great time.”
“The place is quaint, quiet and hospitable. We like how spacious the room is and it is extremely clean too. The hotel staff are polite and professional, providing us with clear instructions upon check-in. The baths were great too! They also have plenty of parking spaces to cater to the guests.”
