Possibility to partake in circa 1 hour ceremony/meditation early morning, which was well very organized and accessible, with seating, communication in English on screens, and a 'varied' program (chant, sutra reading, incense ceremony, meditation).”

The locations, the utilities and service are great. There is nothing to complain about while staying here. It has everything you might need.
You can also decide to have breakfast and dinner here for a very reasonable price, what is very convenient (and they offer vegetarian meals).
Right after arriving, I was able to leave my luggage even before the official check in time. The owner gave me a very detailed map in English with very useful information and he also helped me to find out the most convenient way to arrive to my next destination.
