“Everything, upon arriving and entering the lobby then into our room the surroundings already felt super relaxing, even more inside the room where all you need is available from full skin care, comb, body towel, coffee, black/matcha, different type of pillows (firm/soft). We didn't get the chance to try the onsen, breakfast was great as well. Options of japanese and western sets for each person. Check-in was smooth and the concierge was super helpful.”
