“This was such a unique stay located in the mountains. I came prepared with food and drinks as it was made clear there is no shop in the area, and that added to the vibe of being secluded. All facilities were so easy to use. Everything needed. The onsen was very relaxing. Location was perfect for a morning hike.”
“Super nice space in an unusual setting
Love the high roof arch and sunlight that comes in, all the cute stools, and of course the traditional tatami rooms on top
Everything is perfect”
“This is an excellent hostel. It is a pleasant short walk to the cable car up Asahidake. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You need to bring food with you but there’s plenty of space in refrigerators to store it & the kitchen is excellent. It’s slightly more expensive than some hostels but it’s more spacious and you have the option of a single room rather than a dormitory; moreover, the onsen is included.”
