Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was perfect. The location and the hospitality. The bubble tents are amazing, modern and well equipped. The traditional dinner was delicious as well as the breakfast. Everything was clean and new. The sunset jeep tour was amazing. Definitely recommend.

Oh, how beautiful this camp is. Everything about it is so relaxing! The place is spacious and clean, the seating is well-organized, and the atmosphere is amazing, especially at night when the fire is lit and the coffee pot is rotating. All in all, a five-star experience that deserves to be repeated.

A wonderful experience amidst stunning nature! The mountains surround the camp, and the views are enchanting, especially at sunset. absolutely nothing: everything was perfect I liked it !!!
a dream come true! the best choice you can do to discover and stay in Wadi Rum: we had a 4h jeep tour with stop for spotting the sunset before to go to the camp where they serve an authentic beduin dinner cooked in the sand (incredible) and we spent the night chatting with MOH while smoking shisha and drinking tea! the tend was perfect and the bed was incredible (probably the best sleep I had ever)..it was magic to wake up and see the sunrise in an amazing scenario!

A magical place, great hosts who care about the comfort of guests. Sleeping tents equipped with new beds and very warm new blankets. Spending the evening in the company of the hosts very nice, with stories and dances. Very tasty, plentiful, traditionally prepared dinner and very tasty breakfast. In addition, a joint trip to the desert tailored to our preferences and a camel ride. I highly recommend this place if someone wants to learn about local customs and experience hospitality thank you Moh for everything.

exceptional The accommodation is located between two rocks, from where you can see both the sunrise and the sunset. Wonderful! The tent is clean and comfortable, providing everything you need. The tent has a bathroom, which has a toilet and a shower with as much cold and hot water as you want. Last but not least, I want to mention that we were greeted by the owner, who was welcoming and attentive. Also, the staff was kind and helpful. At breakfast and dinner, several types of appetizers and traditional and local food are served. In other !words, we felt wonderful

The property will demand that you book an excursion with them before they pick you up from the Wadi Rum Visitor centre even if you have communicated that you have other excursions already booked with other providers in Wadi Rum, and they will ask you to pay for pickup which other camps provide for free or included in your booking. This information is only disclosed after booking. The excursions they provide are also charged at double the average in Wadi Rum. Very poor communication, they will not respond or pick you up unless you commit to booking an excursion with them.
