Was a little noisy with construction across the road, however that's not the fault of the hotel. Just something to be aware if a light sleeper. Bathroom was a little small, shower would be hard for anyone on the larger size

They gave us a room without a balcony, although we stayed for several nights. The swimming pool is good but time is limited, it opens at 11:00am, which is late for some customers, like me for example, specially that there is no lifeguard so we are swimming already on our responsibility.

The staff is very helpful, the breakfast is delecious, and the location is amazing. Cleanliness is very good, but please pay attention to the shower glass, corners & panels!

Only breakfast provision-so you would have to get taxi to find restaurants as it is mainly residential area-we ended using local food app to get deliveries

I would like to thank the amazing team at Mass Paradise Hotel in Aqaba for a wonderful experience. The rooftop dining was absolutely delicious, with a beautiful atmosphere and a great view close to the sea. The service was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds were very comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again!

The location was okay, there was a lot of building work going on inside the hotel and opposite. Our view was of a building site and the work started from 9am. It was a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Our shower drains very slowly causing the bathroom to get wet and the shower head wasn't very powerful. It is more of a family friendly hotel.

The lobby, pool area and rooms were clean and smart. The breakfast was nice and we had the best za'atar bread. The concierge was very helpful and booked us a taxi. There was a fridge in our room which was handy.

Housekeeping didn't clean the room everyday. It only got cleaned when we saw them and asked them to clean it. So we only got one clean towel over a week's stay.

The standard of the usual Eastern hotels. It was a holiday when we were there. The hotel was full, there were some minor disturbances, but the staff were helpful. Because of the crowd, there was a huge noise disturbance in the hotel and on the street, even at 2 am. The windows are not soundproof...

The bathroom was a little stinky. For the breakfast, an omelette station, hummus and falafel would have changed the breakfast from ok to good/great. It would be nice if the pool stayed open later.

The breakfast was ok. There is enough to get you full. The location is a little away from the action. The rooftop pool area was fantastic with a good view of the sea and a great spot for the sunset.
