FinlandRoom service (cleaning) was never done fully always things were left missing like trash cans not being emptied or trays not being taken away , towels less than the persons in the room, if we were in the room it was cancelled. Sheets were not changed unless we requested and we were given the set to change ourselves. We were going downstairs to the pool and sadly we saw the baby’s cribs stored in a very unhygienic way in open air under the stairs piled surrounded by dead cockroaches (they might be there to be thrown away not the ones in use for customers which I hope) but to be sure if you have a baby make sure you check the crib well. Shuttles weren’t available and Taxis charge you too much and very different rates for same drive so check with the staff at the hotel they will guide you better so you won’t get scammed 💜
The location is so pretty and far from the hassle of the city. The pool guards were awesome, kind and helpful (Baha’ specially) Hamzeh at the bar was so helpful as well 💜 room service was nice too , food was good fairly priced and staff took special requests and feedback seriously. I highly recommend checking receipts after paying for any request as mistakes happen. Try the cocktails specially if they’re made by the lady at the corner’s bar they’re so so good !

Saudi ArabiaThey only had one restaurant and the others are a walk away. The staff were not very helpful when confronted that one of the staff was stealing, as well as when the AC was broken and they did not fix it right away. The prices are a bit much for the restaurant, as there was not much variety of food also it did not look very appetising. The breakfast food was good but not great. Also, there were no proper lighting in the executive suite, only the bedside lamp. Also the corridors are not well lit.
The facilities were pretty good and the pools were clean and I even saw them check them for bacteria and cleanliness levels. The rooms were very cosy and clean.

GreeceThe room is spacious but needs a serious refurbishment. The drawers are falling apart, and the kitchen is empty and old. For us, the most annoying was the pool area closing so early. At 17.45, they were asking the people to go out. I believe this is too early to close a pool in the summertime.
The hotel is located 5 minutes from Tala Bay, which is an amazing marina full of nice restaurants and a view of Aqaba Bay. The Red Sea is close and easy to access with free umbrellas. The lady at the reception is amazing and very helpful. Parking is comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is ok, but not high quality.
